Your parents must have been holding top CCM positions

By being a vanguard party, it has alienated the youth who feels they don't belong to it

If they see the opposition candidates hold top government positions it will open their eyes that CCM can reform itself

So based on those observations we have few names CCM needs to consider for senior cabinet positions

The two women who won parliamentary constituencies ought to be appointed in the Cabinet

One ministry of defence and the other ministry of infrastructure

Those two women of substance have proven themselves at the ballot box so they deserve top ministerial posts

These women qualify for another reason

They hail from peripheral geographical locations where CCM development impact very minimal

These appointments will send a powerful message that with CCM nothing is impossible and no ceiling is higher

And, it will end once and for all the criticism CCM has endured of failing to walk the talk when it says "Maendeleo hayana vyama..." while keeping rewarding CCM sycophants only with the national cake... contradicting yourself along the way

But apart from those two Amazon women from the opposition circles, we have two activist women we highly recommend for government cabinet positions
