At least you look and see while others have eyes but are blinded by ethnic pride!all in all we want development to take place ,but according to the present budget do n't reflect the to the improvement living standard to tanzanians but it has life to be very difficult more than before .....dos magu eliminating poverty or increasing poverty to poverty people as final consumer of everything in all production sectors..........
Applauding neocoloniasm? Whether Caucasian or yellow still it is! Open your eyes there has never been a free lunch. Indigenous jobs are the main casualties while repatriation of profits happen to be the sending off party.Have you heard the first season China - Tanzania job fair, held at UDSM from 18th - 19th this month? Where is Britain or the US? Where are they? We have a mutual interest with China. Win - Win with China and Tanzania. We are still waiting the enterprises from Russia and Iran. We do not need our former colonizers.
At the moment, China seemingly is willing to pursue its Sino/ Tanzanian paso double along the lines of win - win, as opposed to the unfortunate and now disastrous winner take all paradigm of past colonialism.
Nepotism, tribalism and party loyalty remain our Achilles heel!Exactly men!! I have not gone through all posts...Its a looooong thread.....therefore I might repeat what's already been highlighted....,,In my opinion there seems to be a lack of adminstrative tools to implement and effect policies...Policies that will help and improve the structure of the economy...inclusive here would be things like tax etc..I agree with you ....If people are performing yet not qualified academically then they should be given time to take their exams to prove their competence in their field...If not then the vacancy given to a qualified individual...Our neighbors have asked individuals to finish their education when required..eg certain positions requiring undergraduate degrees...This has been possible because of the available flexible undergraduate course programmes ...Research on what is going on in the ministries might need an unbiased researcher/observer (ok don't kill me...but maybe a non TZ person...someone who has nothing to loose/gain....but just do his unbiased research)..,,to identify key issues affecting delivery...Now am a Tz who has never really lived in Tz...My assessment could be wrong..
True! The leadership style has slightly been altered giving the incumbent some space to end his honeymoon but nothing more.Preach!!!...so the question is...Is it just the same game by different players?..Basic needs which help to improve service delivery in all sectors..are left wanting..i.e. Education,Health etc for common Tznian....the truth is , for a more stronger enlightened nation, these are key things..Solutions to existing problems should be done in a smooth steady systematic approach..I appreciate the zeal of fixing things...This change would have to be more than surface one....
It will take also changing the traditional mindset to new workable one...embracing a new school of thought and approach in workable solutions....Lets hope things improve for the common Tzians

Well it is obvious that I speaking the truth. Respect is needed. At least I am amused by your twisted candour!

This budget is an economic plan, it's not just another budget. Tanzanians know that our future depends on how well we continue to grow and shape our economy as we transition from the stagnant tourism and unprecedented gold mining investment boom to a stronger, more diverse and new economy.Preach!!!...so the question is...Is it just the same game by different players?..Basic needs which help to improve service delivery in all sectors..are left wanting..i.e. Education,Health etc for common Tznian....the truth is , for a more stronger enlightened nation, these are key things..Solutions to existing problems should be done in a smooth steady systematic approach..I appreciate the zeal of fixing things...This change would have to be more than surface one....

Did you read what I wrote?..I made it clear that I have never ACTIVELY lived in Tz...that's not to say I have never ever been there...my grandparents and one of my parent is from Tz...and yes I have spent weeks at a time when on school and uni breaks...I did say my observation could be wrong...I was honest enough to admit that...So what is your problem there?I am fairly versed and schooled on problems affecting African and Third word countries due to the nature of my education and profession.I don't need Jamii forums to verse me on anything...This is an open forum on Tz issues...am a Tz national and these issues affect me directly or indirectly...therefore am free to comment...A medical doctor doesn't have to have measles or chickenpox to know/see when a child is suffering from it...I never said I was a Proffesser in all things Tz...just giving my opinion which I said could be not perfect...Shooting down someone's opinions is disrespectful...I believe in intelligent debates and respect opinions from all walks of life...I expect the same from my peers..Development is give and take of intelligentsia..

Thank you, next time be specific. You should research this country and see the infrastructure we have built, see the development we have made thus far and go back and educate your fellow countrymen on what's happening on this soil. Tanzania for instance is a country endowed with gifted nature and by far the most peaceful country in Africa. Let alone the beautiful natural resources of the country. Africa is a continent with different countries that facing different problems.Don't worry about my education qualifications...obtained from world renowned schools...I can't seem to have an intelligent discussion with you...your logic is warped...your intent is to argue for the sake of it...Keep arguing man...you will get what it is you are aiming...Hope by the time you are done you will feel better...Bless you..
Stay calm!Man am Tznian...can't continue arguing with u..the difference has to be noticed...take a chill pill... hope you feel better now...goodbye
Can I just be allowed to chip in my two cents with reference to the question Masunga Maziku has posed above? I wonder, though, if he is honestly implying that he doesn't know/understand what a system is...I dont think so! Let me point out to him that when the word system is mentioned here, what is being referred to is our system of government under CCM.Too much blah blah, what is system and what are the components of that system?
I appreciate you, but it's too early to predict his future. Let give him enough time to lead, because he has only six months at state house as the head of state. Can I just be allowed to chip in my two cents with reference to the question Masunga Maziku has posed above? A state governance system encompasses the mechanism for determining state policies and the means by which those policies are enforced. A form of state governance refers to the set of political systems and institutions that make up the organisation of a specific government. In our case here, both system and form need complete overhaul and this one man show is inadequate and a nonstarter.
Magufuli's efforts are bound to fail for just one reason, he is dancing to the tune that has yet to be played...system and form are bigger than an individual. By his actions he has proved that he is more of a facilitator than a leader. He lacks vision and creativity and is more driven by passion and emotion rather than sagacity, discernment and insight, the constituent elements of good leadership.
come again, and say it louder to feel the impact.Whatever your political convictions, you have to agree Magufuli is an exemplary African leader.
Tanzanians in Tanzania love their president. At least three or four nations had president like the Tanzanian president, Africa would be better off. Any political brokers whatever that threatened the development and security of our country must be crushed without hesitation.come again, and say it louder to feel the impact.
Now, it's best to help him. Where sukari has sold at that price tag? Tshs 6000 per kilogram? When it comes to mention great thinkers, Rutashubanyuma is a role model. Let us all do the 'thumb up' sign for him. He's a reflecting mirror of what is happening in our country now!
Did Masele elevated to become a member of cabinet? Where and when?Defenders of this regime will have a hard time explaining a kilo of sugar that was under no pressure being sold for Tshs 1, 800/= now being extorsioned at Tshs 6, 000/= after government woeful meddling!
These are clearly antitruther comments, because the truth movement isn't aware of co intelligence kilaza. The sacking of Kitwanga and elevation of Masele seems appeasing ethnic balance than anything else.
Being a Sukuma in the heydays of this regime has its rewards
