Enhee umerudi tena! So what should be done? The dim witted have been nurtured by instutions. We know them because institutions have endowed them with opportunities. Hence, getting rid of them may offer cheap popularity but does cure institutional failures that created and protected unaccounability which is behind poor leadership.
I have such a hard time that you are so against this, let's move our country forward not back! Any country that fails to keep up with education is doomed to decline. Free education is not radical, it's mainstream and investment.Claiming credit for services not rendered is tantamount to daylight robbery.

Enhee umerudi tena.!! So what should be done.??
Of course, We freeze all sum of money charged for teaching or instructed by a school. You mean free tuition?
We need moral authority as a state, new constitution without moral authority in the oval office is like giving the poor a fish without a lure!We have to revisit our constitutional setup first and foremost
.For start, he needs to acknowledge NEC ought to be fully investigated by an impartial commission how it conducted this election despite its numerous vain claims that the election was free, fair and transparent. We need a legislation to empower that commission but we also need the same commission to investigate thoroughly how this very partisan police interfered with the electoral process. We cannot face another election where UKAWA are adamant they were shortchanged and we have a president who may or may not be a squatter at our IKULU pretending to bribe us with "peremende" and expect for a different result.
So Magufuli no elite but I am! You certainly changed the truth. Only God is Our Reedemer not men who are houses of clay and crumble like a cookie does.Siku zote elite wanapambana kuhakikisha masikini hawapandi juu, na hiki unachokifanya siyo kigeni hapa Duniani, Raisi Magufuli ndiyo kimbilio la Wanyonge hivyo ni lazima atakuwa adui wa maelite!
.
This paragraph has soiled your intellectual rigor. You first appeared to be factual but at this point turned to be a political fanatic. have you ever asked yourself why UKAWA hired a full floor at Mesuma Hotel in Kijitonyma (Dar) and paid all the money in bulk for six months prior to elections? Do you know why they hired french IT experts and hosted them there? Do you know who funded this project? Don't you know other nation which used similar techniques to storm NEC's IT systems and how that approach lead to dubious victory? Does Tanzania deserve a president who has been voted in by robots and not citizens? You and your LHRC fanatics have got to re-think your madness...
But it is not only Mesuma Hotel. We capture only 20 IT guys from that Hotel. These guys cooperated as requested and exposed some other 120 IT guys scattered in Dar. So this was a huge project which gave UKAWA false hopes of victory. Due to this hope, on election day, they even ignored to field agents at polling stations accross the country. This slip exposed the height of theor political ignorance...
Think twice about UKAWA and don't forget to remember this definition of education provided herein above by one discussant...
"In its broad sense, education refers to any act or experience that has a formative effect on the mind, character or physical ability of an individual (acquired) through schools, colleges, universities and other institutions (where a society) deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, values and skills from one generation to another."
I other words, education is a continuous and multi-dimensional process of forming the cognitive, affective and behavioral domains of an individual. His Excellence Magufuli is exactly causing this to happen in a corruption-free setting.
I challenge you to show logically and factually the shortcomings in this process and I shall be glad to challenge your presentation with counter facts and counter arguments...
Tones and intones never change our developmental discourse. Do you remember Sokoine or Mrema or even Nyerere. One common denominator remains poverty abounds to us because of hypocrisy placed on false templateSo far our president has set a tone of how his government should work.
For instance you will wonder the former applauded minihypocrisyto see foul play at TRA and Port. ...With JPM we are starting a new are but to set the government machinery is not an easy task.
Let's join hands with our president towards this noble cause
Most welcomeMasunga Maziku and Rutashubanyuma seem to be more than knowledgeable on political atmosphere. I real have enjoyed your conversation through out the start of your discussion up to the moment. I wish to have other moments and time to discuss the matter related to the existing government if your time materializes
Magufuli will not bring fundamental changes we all crave but he will dedicate himself to window dressing to delude our collective intelligence that something is happening but in truth we are backslidingI concur with most of your aguement and with to salute you for your strong language command,You must have acquired and utilised white man wisdom.I wish Magufuli had given a time flame on new constitution it will be defining solution to our ineffective policies especially if all wananchi opinion polls will be taken on board.
Maguful personally has admitted that we have bad law which need to be changed immediately like public procurement so when some layman make conclusion that we only lack supervision it is absurd.
most of our laws were enacted to contain opposition and create a one-man show in government business.
The problem with this kind of thinking is a false visualization that Magufuli is an outsider but he is not. He has been in government for over two decades yet losers like you are so merciful to abide him more time. You seem to be trying to jump the gun; you must appreciate the fact that this country needed a "Shock therapy" to stop a failing heart from total collapse while bidding time to initiate lasting clinical management. JPM needed to start somewhere; mind you even the cabinet and the new government structures are not in place yet, the parliament is in reccess; how the heck do you expect the president to start with reforms without the structures in place?!
Academic theories are non starters here; the situation on the theatre table determines the surgeons approach to the operation. Give JPM time to work out strategy and approach as he deems fit; afterall the buck stops with him not "Rutashubanyuma or Rutaililamumaisho" or any one of us lesser mortals for that matter!
Jipe muda wa kutosha; nchi haiwaki moto! Ili upate vigezo muhimu vya kufanyia uchambuzi sahihi zaidi.

If wishes were gold beggars would ride. The problem with your claims you cannot substantiate them. No news outlet supported your unverifiable concoctions. Even TBC1 a government mouthpiece never stooped this low.
What you are alleging are serious criminal acts which even the police never raised.
Only ccm has the structural framework to commit those heinous crimes against the people of this great nation.

This begs the question of whether or not you believe in democracy, and if you vote or not. You cannot be for democracy and against its results and be rational. The problem with this kind of thinking is a false visualization that Magufuli is an outsider but he is not. To do what? More of the same and vocal rhetoric never fills our pots with stiff porridge and beans from Chunyaaaa

Anyone who is for democracy should not complain about either the Magufuli or CCM being in government. Democracy produces exactly these results every time.
The problem is democracy itself, not any particular flavor of Magufuli or CCM, its the very idea that a vote can create a class of man that can even behave outside ethical behavior. An actual example is Kubenea, a parliamentarian from Ubungo constituency.
This is what you need to think about, and write about rather than complaining about the inevitable lies that Tundu Lisu and Chadema will spew out.
Truly I felt the same reminding all of us there are certain values which are cosmopolitan in almost every way. Hallelujah! Thanks for the words of wisdom.
My feelings on this too.Truly I felt the same reminding all of us there are certain values which are cosmopolitan in almost every way. Hallelujah!
