Bail ruling not appealable but the High Court is accessible through a reference

Far more troubling is the public office is being abused to encroach on rights of its citizens!

Even if an appeal is allowable by past practices of the courts but an intention to appeal is not a success of appeal to upend a ruling of a lower court.

A notice of appeal is not even stay of execution!

So parlaying a notice of appeal as a tool to temporarily quash and set aside the legal decision of the magistrates court is another dark chapter in the administration of justice in this country.

It is scary stuff to mull this an MP whose constitutional rights to freedom are being tossed around like toilet paper then what happens to nondescript like you and me?

DPP may decide to do anything with courts frightened even to rebuke him.
 
The reason our legislature made interlocutory rulings not appealable, reviewable or subject to revision is to nullify unscrupulous litigators' malicious intent of delaying the course of justice through perpetual challenging the rulings without vitiating the cases!
 
While our prisons are suffocated with congestions of inmates you would have expected the DPP to exercise wisdom and empathy in bail hearings to counter abuses of human rights.

But not so as he is contented to placate his appointer knowing the former soft underbelly is deprivation of constitutional security of tenure.....another insidious yet inherently "pay to play" system at its unglamorous exposé!
 
This is now a manifestation of chronic insecurities stalking this regime and its accessories but why projecting lies which will debase you in due course?

Kigamboni residents were, during the Mwinyi reign, promised underground tunnel and local experts were dispatched abroad to get the deal done.. which never happened!

But as most ccm promises this one too regretfully turned unto a cropper!

Kigamboni ferries could draw a leaf from Likoni Ferries and install cabled cars and haul more than a hundred thousand travellers everyday reducing travel times and boost tourism revenue too.

Unlike JK howler in his 2010 reelection bid where he spurned presidential rival one Dr. Slaa's dream of bullet train when he dissed....."it is absolutely ridiculous!"
