the first two charges when read with their particulars are identical meaning the dpp's intent is to sway public opinion that there are serious charges against the accused while there are none!

the particulars of offences in charge sheet no. 456 and 457 are too general and unsubstantiated that those charge sheets cannot stand. How can the accused defend himself on arcane allegations flowing from cryptic criminal investigations without names of accused being established and the particulars of their potential infringements categorically stated.
