Panicking for what? Read or read not is not my cup of tea. English is a JF requirement on this page. Not my choice and commenting in English doesn't avail me with seer powers of what was meant but not said in your observations.

The good thing about life is being comfortable in whatever you do while cuddling human expectations can be coils of enslavement if you attempt to please them.

I really have zero concern on what others say, do or think I just do what appease my conscience.
 
With these facts, the reputation of this regime is in bile waters. How did vetting of such senior appointment gone unnoticed and nobody seems willing to resign for misleading the appointing authority?

Unless, of course, the appointing authority is guilty as charged for serious violations of vetting procedures before presidential appointment?

By not revoking this presidential appointment the appointer is now a laughing stock for failing to walk the talk in asserting his credentials as an usher of a new dawn of better governance and the rule of law.

Even industrialization claims are now a bridge to nowhere for a simple reason how can it even be possible in the hands of forgers, false impersonators and fraudsters beat everything this regime associates with or claims to relate and advocating for!

Mr. Rutashubanyuma are you u? Never visited this page before today. Have tried to scan your posts here and compare them with your posts in other forums. An this is my conclusion:Rutashubanyuma of other forums and this forum are not the same. I personally see Rutashubanyama of other forums as one of the cheerleaders of the regime for good or bad while at the same time Rutashubanyuma of this forum appears to be very objective and uses his brain as it should. I'm actually impressed to say the least-Congratulations Sir.

Maybe there are two different people. I am always objective but sometimes I cheerlead good stuff from the regime. The problem such occasions are few and far in between. I know they are gnashing their teeth on this too!

Ok good. In one sentence or two, what can you say about budget discipline of this regime? Personally, looking at the style of these people, I even wonder sometimes whether it is still efficient and economical way of using our limited resources to pay for about 400 people for almost 4 months in Dodoma to discuss the budget while statements like "nitatoa pesa popote barabara hii ijengwe" are so frequent.

what we have is budgetary anarchy and few are willing to risk their plum posts and berate the boss.........I know he is eager to be popular but the path is pursuing is littered with booby traps and landmines...............the easiest path for him was good governance via reviving stalled constitutional project by seeking parliamentary consensus and move on including keeping taxation brackets fewer and lower to improve on tax compliance and less motivation to seek or offer bribes...............unfortunately, he considers proffering "peremende" will ingratiate us but the problem is already overheating and it is too puny to achieve much...................this is why there is hunger and natural calamities denials because the resources are misdirected to white elephants like dreamliner and the ever unsustainable ATC just to name a few!
 
The problem is that to come back to that pre colonial thing is really a big deal for that's where we get people who are absolutely working for the people welfare but now ...
