3) If tested positive then embark on to swallow 600 MG of hydroxychloroquine and 200 mg of Azithromycine daily for six days you should begin to feel relieved of the symptoms in three days and fully recovery in six days

Making a fool out of himself? Can anybody interfere with bonking sessions once they rear their messy lustful mischief?

Even more disturbing, is coronavirus contagion a sexually transmitted infection? Since when? Even before the steamy bonking sessions are underway one may already have been infected or not, rendering tying the two such a risible..

HIV and Aids are known and proven beyond reasonable doubt STI but such draconian "zero grazing measures" have never been contemplated let alone officially announced...to curb its transmission avenues. Am I missing something here like we have already meekly surrendered our weaponry to fight off the ravages of the life decimating STI?

Bad news for the HIV somehow it has temporarily lost its dominant news attention seeker but as ZICA, Ebola and other virals have found out HIV has a staying stamina, resilience and willpower, and henceforth, in few months or so will reassert itself as the "real deal" and that its debilitating patience will ultimately outmanoeuvre whatever melodrama coronavirus is generating for now.

So, Coronavirus becomes a distraction at best or a pastime at worst...but good news is this ultimatum is unenforceable so bonking sessions are innocent of Coronavirus infections but guilty of HIV and Aids neverending infections

HIV and AIDS generate promiscuous stigma which neither coronavirus nor its earlier mutant ninjas can... Most coronavirus victims are eager to parade their predicament but HIV victims prefer to dodge the bullet, and blame the opportunistic ailments as a source of their underlying health issues...

Can the parliament enact a statute to postpone the election? Well, it may need to change the constitution to grant itself with such powers.

At moment, the constitution's "statue of limitation" says the current regime status of tenure ends in October this year, and parliament can't in her own extend her legitimacy to govern. It is unconstitutional, period!

I am really in four corners with the High court of Ohio when it denied the governor of that state who wanted to defer the election citing Coronavirus contagion. The court told him:... "you can't do it on your own without the approval of the courts."

So, the House has two options on this:either to seek permission from the High Court or change the constitution and empowers itself to extend its tenure as it sees fit.

But anything else will reduce this regime as constitutional "squatters". Do they really fear coronavirus or do they fear the wrath of the voters is a question few are willing to mull over

The facts begin with the minister is out of his ropes and pathetically incompetent and has miserably failed to grasp the issues at hand

The hydro electric power production is inefficient and ineffective this is why it is always dogged with low productivity issues ranging from low water levels, slime reducing effective power production depth without overlooking the corruption of its de-sludging, frequent and never ending engines and turbines rehabs among others.

So production will always be well below installed capacity and in specific cases of Mtera and Kidatu power generation is just hovering under 30% of the installed capacity notwithstanding rain season or drought!

Having behind this invaluable insight why is the rudderless minister harks back on yesterday forlorn hydrological hopes? Why not seal leakages in power transmission which snuff at least a third of power generated?

Why not dump Stigler Gorge and put our money in our mouth at Mchuchuma and Kiwira coal mines where coal is crying for ample investment?

Why blame the power generation manager over trivial issues irrelevant to the niggling issues of unceasing powercuts?

Last when will the minister begin to own up to an unbroken chain of policy blunders? When will he concede he is just another greenhorn learning to cut his juvenile teeth? Or comprehending the buck stops with him which will buy him a couple of months before his head rolls like his predecessors? Sadly, nepotism will not fish him out this time around...

Must confess we are in unchartered terrain but Coronavirus politics looks on surface of it "very irresponsible and extremely reckless" to say the least

As it happened to the marauding locusts whose fate remains unclear, so we are burying our heads under the quicksand refusing to invest a dime beyond budgetary horse trading to wipe out the contagion: Early testing and quarantine are the real deal must remind, though.

We love dramatic yet unsustainable white elephants such as reloading of the money guzzling ATC, cavorting with the ineffective and inefficient Stigler Gorge damming and moreover we are ecstatic with the reincarnation of the Dodoma recapitalization dinosaur among other stupefying splurges to hoodwink the general public that indeed we are transcending into a new dawn of rebirth and renaissance which we are anything but recycling of outdated ideas:

"Nyerereism" made plenty of sense during cold war agitating for melting of destructive ethnic incendiary and diatribe, and forging national orderliness but in the information age it is a fawning relic best reserved and confined in dust gathering history books and decaying museums.

Take heed and beware, the Coronavirus puzzle solving demand different skills to subdue it altogether unlike the infamous bulldozer skills which are quite handy to quash the weak and the disadvantaged in the society who can't fight back but the former is the invisible silent killer, devoid of human respect to begin with and its sleek mutating trajectories are quite confounding and extremely frightening... Its transformation from SARS, MARS, and now Coronavirus is simply beyond human scientific comprehension!

So the much vaunted bulldozer skills are eunuch to contain the runaway contagion which only listen to humility manifesting as lockdown and quarantine, surgical masks, prophylaxis, respirators, personal hygiene, an attentive eye to prescient wisdom etc

Woefully, chest thumping provokes Coronavirus wrath culminating in contagious mass sneeezes, coughs, pneumonia, fever, high temperature, vomit, ice pick likened ache, fatigue just to name a token of its long list of dreaded ravaging symptomatic starters...To sum it up, mass graves in an unmarked graveyard are its damning rewards.. This could be most likelihood given health underlying issues such as hiv and aids, diabetic, cancers, renal failure proffering ominous fodder to the Coronavirus pandemic.. Burying the dead in mass graves may look senseless now but commonsense within a month from now!

Italy were heavendare so are we her amnesiac copycat therefore in four weeks of bridging the Italian connection, Coronavirus will be fully blown and we will be able to adjudge whether our seemly intransigence is spot on or recklessness beyond imagination...

Now, it's time for Magufuli's administration to act positively and purposefully accordingly with this family, because we had politicians who tried to impose their own acquired prejudices within the ruling party [ CCM ] and the entire government for the benefits of their conglomerates.

It was kind of sultanate - style of leadership [ umwinyi ], to polarise the entire society for the benefit and profit of fews.

As a youth, we are united in that the legacy of JK [ Julius Kambarage ] belongs to his family first and to the Chama Cha Mapinduzi [ CCM ], nothing else should and shall prosper in the synonymous of "JK" rather than the family themselves.

Because we had a new to the political stage, a forgery syndicate "fake" JK who became an influential since his appointment as a leader and chairperson in our political party - Chama Cha Mapinduzi [ CCM ] and his elevation to the state house in the last ten years.

It is as through the "JK" synonymous was used as a licence to gain publicity and influence in Tanzania politics.

Few people were benefiting and profiting from "JK" synonymous and gave nothing to JK Nyerere family.

With this "JK" synonymous, a global brand worth respect and millions of dollars in the society, locally and internationally still some political figures are just abusing this synonymous and dragging him to the public events.

It's time now, for the JK - family to take action for those who use Julius Kambarage's legacy to gain political advantages 😂😂😂..
