In few minutes after the closure of the last polling booth through manual tallying we should know who has won the councillor, Mp, and presidential vote in that constituency supported by images of forms from all polling booths pertinent to that constituency

So when CCM appointees want to announce results which are false, forged and tampered with the victims ought to inform all the general public the truth by sharing the images of the polling booths form results of the votes as captured in the respective images

Since 1995 to 2015, NEC intentionally has refused to publish images of the polling booths and constituency vote results in their website for a simple reason they were hellbent to cover their massive rigging for the purposes and intents of aiding CCM illegal stay on power

So every time you see NEC commissioners appear and sit on those long tables to announce the constituency and presidential results the question you need to ask yourself what is the basis of those results when NEC is refusing to publish the images of the polling Station and constituency voting results which are the core foundation of the exercise they are doing?

In absence of images of polling station and constituency voting results on the NEC website for public consumption and verification whatever the election declarations NEC are delivering are hanging in the air, unsupported by polling booths voting results and are outright illegal and unconstitutional!


Voters have a legitimate right to know whether polling booths voting results that were published there had formed a basis for any final tallying of the results whether at division, constituency and national levels, period! .......... and deprivation of voters of images of polling booths and constituency voting results deliberately defraud registered voters from verifying whether their duly votes were captured in final tallying

The results they declare were unconstitutional since 1995 to 2015 because there are no concrete and conspicuous evidence the results declared were founded from polling booth results. So NEC could have been churning out the wicked imaginations of their hearts...And seemly such felonies die hard, and we expect this incompetent NEC to maintain business as usual as if we aren't in 21st Century so to speak...

The immediate predecessor appeal justice of the appeal court one Damien Lubuva (rtd) to chair NEC returned to Treasury over Tshs 7 Bill money which should have been invested to make our elections meeting the international norms and practice!
It's weird while the executive furnishes them with the resources they need to deliver a free, fair and verifiable elections they refuse to do just THAT!

Because most nations now in Africa deemed to conduct elections acceptable to international standards such as Ghana, South Africa and Kenya are deploying latest technologies in transmission and tallying of voting results after manual voting and tallying at polling booth it's no longer a well kept secret why our hibernating NEC refuses to follow suit except to prepare ample grounds for rampant rigging....we know polling booths and constituency results reduced in a form can be tampered with in their manual transportation to the poll supervisors who announce them...we saw in at least one constituency of TANDAHIMBA in 2015 form where voting results in presidential elections were rigged and NEC went on to declare rigged results save for public outcry and net bombardment those results were later corrected! So a case study of TANDAHIMBA shows beyond reasonable doubt unless NEC publishes the images of forms with verification signatures of duly officers from polling to constituency levels NEC lacks the jurisdiction to declare any results...we also believe TANDAHIMBA case was just a drop in the ocean as systemic, rampant and widespread rigging were carried out from 1995-2015, and the victims cries of anguish weren't crocodile tears or baby stuff of bad losers...

But this incompetent NEC is intentionally preparing itself to snub latest technologies in running a free, fair and verifiable elections because they are eager to lay down a fecund environment for those who appointed them to massively rig our elections

NEC loves to forewarn us not to announce results before it declares them but fails to grasp that after polling stations voting results are published NEC has nothing else to declare because tallying of the results, save for rampant rigging, cannot rewrite what the published polling booths voting results
