Even if they stick to evil, God will raise new leaders who will achieve what Tundu Lissu and Lowassa had refused to.....coming up with the electorate centred strategy to guard votes....which to say the least will be so sad.....and very disappointing

This Court of Appeal decision that quashed and set aside the High Court decision which had ruled election laws which permitted the appointment of DEDs to manage elections on behalf of NEC contravened article 74 (4) of the constitution which prohibits political party members not to be employed by NEC on grounds of conflict of interest....but the Appeals Court conspicuously abetted disenfranchisement of the electorate when it sanctified CCM managing the elections on behalf of NEC....so if Tundu Lissu is rigged out by CCM zealots in the NEC which begins with the director of elections the Appeals Court is guilty as charged...had they upheld the lower coutt decision DEDs would not disqualify opposition candidates nor stole the hopes and expectations of the electorate following massive rigging undertaken by DEDs who are highly expected to replace most polling stations forms upending the will of voters.. a plethora of opposition candidates disqualifications owe its wroth upon the Appeals Court because it claimed there were no proof of bias despite the constitution saying members of political party shouldn't be employed by NEC in any capacity...even the director of elections of NEC is a bona fide CCM diehard member sasa Tundu Lissu atapitia wapi hata wapigakura wote wamchague bado sisiemu watasema kashindwa maana wanajisimamia wenyewe...

The question we need to ponder is why the highest Court on the land abets crimes against the electorate despite having sumptuous security of tenure?

The answer may be closer home than you may possibly imagine....itaendelea

Mahela uko wapi jibu hizi khoja tunajua wewe na ma deds wote ni wanachama wa CCM kinyume na ibara ya 74 (4) ya katiba ya JMT na kuajiriwa na NEC kunabatilisha uchaguzi wote na hata kama CAT inawalinda muendelee kuwadhulumu wapigakura haki yao ya kikatiba ya kujichagulia viongozi wao wanaowaamini siyo vibaraka kama uchaguzi unakoelekea
