Now NEC CCM we project they will hand over the reins of power to Tundu Lissu and CDM because they know just like the British protectorate administration knew Nyerere was ready to lead now CCM knows CDM is ready to govern without grudge of vendetta

A blamegame would have ensued and the international community would have stepped in with a government of national unity leaving CCM calling the shots by taking prime ministries and both the presidency and the vice presidency leaving CDM grappling with non executive PM
