All DEDs and members of security agencies involved in disqualifications, refusal to facilitate the opposition polling agents to perform their duties or rigging the elections must immediately be relieved of their duty because they have lost public trust

Brother Ruta, even opposition polloling agents were fucking cowards. If they were legally obtained, why then accepted an expungement?

We cannot allow public officers especially presidential appointees to run and fund criminal gangs and let them keep their jobs because we are sending a wrong message that criminal conduct is condoned by this regime

No one will venture to prosecute those criminal gangs.

Before enacting or amending an existing election laws, we have to amend our mother law.
So we need new election laws which state candidates cannot be disqualified on technicalities but if they fail to meet qualifications stated in the constitution which are age, citizenship, and reading and writing skills

CDM must show leadership by respecting the rule of law and to the credit of our courts have made many decisions to their favour sometimes against their own jurisdiction...and of all people, Lema ought to be the last person to advocate chaos because the appeal Court reinstated him as an MP in a manner which left many sour grapes to some of us as we have painstakingly peeked that decision in this thread... And courts always expedite election dispute cases when compared to other cases in particular of civil ones...

We will never be tired to remind everyone that election grievances must let our courts be the final arbiter while clamouring for a new constitutional order. If we lose faith in our courts what else are we left as a nation?
