Hypocrisy a character of God haters, and we know CCM is an embodiment of the spirit of the ANTICHRIST because they despise justice!

If you crave injustices just trust lawyers and by extension judges...for they will burden you with injustices which they cannot lift with their own little finger...

Seven justices of the Appeals Court exacted injustices on independent candidates.....they mischievously concluded our mother law had no foundation called "basic structure" so our godsend lawmakers can mutilate it as they deem fit even, by consequential extrapolations, abolishing the right to live so long as they have a quorum.........essentially human rights unless said so by the Augusta House aren't human enough....or basic rights...so even basic human rights aren't the constitutional foundation labeled "basic structure " unless the House categorically declared them to be so... to the seven justices the overriding factor is quorum but not God who gave us fundamental human rights to live...God is downgraded below His creations...a judicial committed abomination.

...and five justices of the same Court delivered injustices on partiality of DEDs playing the infamous role of returning officers in our elections...our votes were stolen because those five justices ruled DEDs were Angels from MARS who cannot steal anybody vote! We know now those five justices esteem massive rigging above anything else..

.......four judges and lawyers in the CCM NEC just stole our votes by refusing to count them, because they knew we just dismissed their chief breadwinner.. who condones their wanton violations of procurement act in awarding of ballot papers printing..just chose to look the other way so long as they disenfranchise the electorate..."ninaipongeza Tume ya uchaguzi kwa kufanya kazi nzuri"...massive rigging in the eyes of enemies of God is good work!

....three Appeals Court justices reinstated unconstitutional pension law which had retroactively encroached on the pensions of those already enjoying the fruit of their toil for reasons we are ashamed to document here....

....the skyscraper lawyers of the moribund TLS just permanently banned, from legal practice, one of their iconic "beacon of justice" to please CCM for a dry morsel of bread!....Her unforgivable crime: she is self professed "an activist lawyer"!.. she is a voice of reason amidst injustices seekers.. a lily among voracious cats...
...and they exacted such grievous injustices without affording her a hearing which is a fundamental right nor did they give appreciation to the harsh and unconscionable penalties they loaded her with that cannot be without limits and such a punishment was a total reckless disregard to a basic human right to earn a living! ....tantamount to an imposition of a death penalty because perpetual deprivation of a fundamental right to earn a living condemns the victim to death!

....Previous to that a high court judge suspended her for the whole year from legal practice without a hearing and without seizing the jurisdiction over disciplinary powers to so called errant judicial officers during a completely different matter in a hearing of a civil proceedings of allegations of abuses of executive powers...the disciplinary matter which was not before him and belongs to a different statutory body and he never saw the justice to afford the party on firing line the inalienable right to contradict if she deems fit to do so...and, with such an executive pandering judicial record be surprised not when an Appeals Court appointment very much on the cards...a staple qualification to be tapped on the shoulder with the Appeals Court appointment is to hate justice from the reins of your heart....

...before we know it her law firm partners, are they not lawyers too, caved in too to CCM evil inclinations and expunged her name from the list of corporate ownership...all to fill their potbellies with wages of sin which bring death, and abundantly so...and to add salt to the festering wound, they recuse themselves from defending her in a defamatory suit which she is a victim...

Our hypocritical judges and lawyers gave Kenyan Chief justice, David Maraga, a standing ovation for revoking the 2017 Kenyan presidential election ...a judicial feat they will never consider acing even presented with a cheeky opportunity...or proposition....

The question we need to ask ourselves why do we trust pots while we have the POTTER willing and eager to deliver us from all of our trouble?

Plenty of contradictions. On one hand PM failed you on foreign investment but you still reappointed him! On the other hand you laud vertical structural relocation of TIC will address slow paced rate of foreign investment while political risks are now overriding concerns to any credible foreign investor.. now stalked with the stolen elections banner, few expect an upturn to foreign investment.....more disturbing is considering yourself a panacea to bureaucratic and official graft inertia partly behind slow pacing foreign investment registration.. again it is a retrogressive effort to extolling individuals at the expense of institutions...
