"Kamati ya uteuzi" has chief justice who is a Presidential appointee and most likely a secret practicing CCM member if the experience of the late chief justice Augustine Ramadhan is anything to go by...he robbed us mgombea binafsi and when safely in retirement he confessed that decision was an upshot of CCM intense lobbying and concerted duress...then he run to be a Presidential CCM flag bearer raising some pertinent questions of when he had joined CCM...few months after retirement from judicial orbit? He died without responding to those intriguing questions

If that is not enough you will have CCM bona-fide members in the name of speakers of the houses and their deputies...and the notorious DEDs will not be replaced with a secretariat which has permanent offices all over the country...not even an independent budget approved by the Parliament...and this illegal "Kamati ya uteuzi" will still pick NEC director..who most likely will be a die hard CCM member like Mahera...

Then don't forget the same constitutional disorder claims it respects the doctrine of separation of powers between three arms of the government by pollution of judiciary and parliamentary bosses making key appointments of a crucial institution such as NEC...and all these bosses are handpicked by CCM president for the purposes and intents of protecting CCM interests

We understand Warioba mischief is because he is CCM "damu damu" and so were most of his accomplices but to think of CDM representation Professor Baregu signed this constitutional garbage or the NCCR Mageuzi representative now deceased Dr Mvungi, a highly respected lawyer, signed too ..

And, most of the opposition luminaries lauded Warioba deception as "Katiba mpya" na tume ya uchaguzi itakuwa huru kama Ndugai na Tulia Ackson watawateulia mwenyekiti wa Tume ya uchaguzi na makamishina wa tume then you should know the upstairs of our opposition is at par with CCM, for sure..

Only confirm the opposition not ready to capture power and this is why God permits CCM to intimidate and persecute them back to power...until they are truly ready then it will be a turn for CCM to run away for they dear lives...because the wrath of God will pursue them
