The original post listed 5 points in his opinion why opposition failed. Point number 4 talked about policies that includes the support of Homosexuality.

Of all the 5 points, you took the homosexuality point and come up with 4 points all talking about LGBT.

The issue on the the thread is the one your running from. HOW OPPOSITIONAL LOST, LGBT was one of issue mentioned on thread, and you added election was stolen. But surprising your are pussyfooting around all those issue without clear discussion. My conclusion, you've reach end of road.

So why then did the so called strong policies proponents indulge in rigging and and all sorts or election irregularities?

I would argue that it's you the analyst who is either biased or has the weakest of minds to discuss such a horrible election process putting forth the weakness of the opposition.

Chadema didn't have enough budget go with CCM, didn't support its candidates country wide (money wise), it didn't even have enough agents on polling stations country wide. So what do you think will happen under these circumstances.

You aware at some polling stations where like 300+ voters were registered, the overall counted polls exceeded 400? What does that mean?

Without credibile results issued by NEC supporting your claim, this will remain as online rumour made stir people view against NEC. BRING EVIDENCE.

You might have made a point but you ignored whether intentionally or for any other reason that this election was conducted under the worst democratic atmosphere ever since the reintroduction of multipartism.

Dude, have you actually debated in your life? You do know that you can't just through things in the debate not be challenged, right?

You didn't challenge anything from the main post on this thread, but you throw allegations that state organ, NEC, ZEC, Police etc.. are under CCM thumb. Now can you Prove Beyond Reasonable Doubt that what you said is true, case study might be helpful to support your claim.
 
Well thought and presented herein.

That the opposition must go back to their drawing board, reorganize... is an advise that will fall to deaf ears. The facts are, when:

√ some of their elected consellors and MPs defected to the ruling party, leaders of oposition party never took it seriously; and
√ some leaders of opposition parties embezzled party funds, the allegations were kept locked in.

Now that CCM, under Magufuli, is back in power, if he keeps on with the development pace witnessed in his past 5 years' reign, there will be little chance for the opposition to come in power, neither 2025 nor in the near future.

As I said it before, I'm not expecting much from most of opposition sympathizers, The insults will come flying when they run out of things to say. Same as Tundu Lissu, he used much of his time on the podium throwing insults to each and everyone he sees fit, but look where that took him.

So yeah, I rest my case pal.
