Moja ya sababu ni kuwa vijana wanaoiongoza wizara hii ni cronies wa mafisadi; Ngeleja wa Rostam na Malima wa Manji. It becomes imperative that they are closely watched. Utendaji wao pia ni chini ya viwango tunavyovihitaji!!
