World Bank cuts Tanzania's 2017 growth forecast to 6.6%

No we are not it seems. The data you are looking at, I have no idea.

But let's get on the same page. Tz grew at 7.2% in 2016, the latest WB updates put your 2017 growth at 6.6%.

With the above data, if we subtract
7.2 - 6.6 = 0.7%
That is close to ¾% drop in growth figures. We clear on this?

Kisha do not blame on your subdued drop in growth on commodity prices. Commodities whose prices have plummeted are oil, sugar and iron ore. All of which Tanzania doesn't export. Now looking at the price trends in 2017 for commodities Tanzania exports. Gold, silver, copper and Manganese ores, all of which account for 39% of the value of you exports all gained strongly in 2017.

So your poor performance this year could have been far worse had these commodity prices remained stagnant or dropped

Dude, are you this daft? Simple Arthimetics has never seemed so complex an troublesome

if you can't comprehend the fact that a drop from 7.2% growth in 2016 to 6.6% this year is more like ¾% drop in growth and not your ¼% drop, then I've nothing meaningful to say to you. Some dogs weren't just meant to be awoken from their stupor.

Some human are still evolving

7.2 - 6.6 = 0.7%
7.2 - 6.6 = 0.6%

You decide which one is correct and which one is ¾%

Jamaa na english yako mob, ila upo hewa kwenye uchumi, factors nyingi huchangia kushuka kwa hizo percentage. Nashangaa unavodandia ya Tz na pessimism yako, shows how much you scared of her awakening. Endelea kufuatilia uchumi wetu, you have a lot to learn from us.

In your mind whatever you just posted is closer to ¼% than to ¾%? As I said, your stupor is yours to sleep in

You do know what we're talking about right?

Not percentage change in growth but the figure difference in growth percentage between the 2 years.

And all this is besides the point, just strawman blabbering

Mmmhhhh kireport uchwara kutoka kwenye kiwebsite uchwara
Ako kawebsite iweje kanaponda tanzania2 kila post

the original version was released in the end of October and cnbc aired it 7th of November. a month ago.
wondered why you brought it today.
Nah, it was released by the WB on the very same 7th Nov and consequently aired by not just CNBC but by very many other news agencies

I've asked this many times before, what kind of economist Kenya produce? As you've call it "simple arithmetic" and yet failed to subtract simple numbers ...eish. If your waiting to see Tanzania nosedive like Kenya, then you'll be waiting for a long time. We can still feed ourselves, pay our own bills and extract our natural resources unlike you know who.

Ur GDP is $60-65 bln n Tanzania's $55 bln!

Let me assist you answer the above question intelligently douche.
6.6% × 45=$297000000billion(Tanzania)

4.9% × 75=$367500000billion(Kenya)

Conclusion;
The former has no chance of catching up with the latter ever.
Now cook us some data geza.
