Rasirimali za Tanzania zikitumika vizuri kwa kuwawezesha raia kuzifikia ni moja ya sababu itakayofanya watanzania wengi wawe matajiri kuliko nchi zote za EA lakini pia zaidi ya nchi nyingi za Africa..

Serikali iondoe vikwazo kwa wazawa baadala yake iwasimamie na kuwawezesha, Tanzania ni nchi yenye ardhi kubwa iliyobikra na yenye rutuba bali inahitaji tu nguvu kazi na kilimo cha kisasa kuweza kuleta matokeo chanya kwa watanzania, Tanzania ina madini mengi ardhini yanayohitaji nguvu kazi na uwekezaji wa kisasa kwa watanzania kuweza kuyafikia na kuwa matajiri..

Serikali iwekeze kwa watu, uwekezaji huu utanufaisha watu wengi maana mtu mmoja akijengewa uwezo anaweza pia kujengea uwezo wengine na mwisho wasiku tutatengeneza pool kubwa ya matajiri na mwisho kabisa hata manpower itabidi tuimport kutoka nje..

Ku promote kilimo ni jambo rahisi sana kwanza tuwe na umeme wa uhakika na umeme wa bei rahisi na ndicho serikali ya awamu ya tano inapoelekea kama itafanikisha kwa wakati umeme kule mto Rufiji.
 
Mimi nafuga na pia ninalima, ila ni mwaka wa kumi sasa sijawahi kutembelewa na bwana mifugo ama bwana shamba ....au sijawahi kuona shamba darasa la umma ili sisi wakulima twende kujifunza...nauliza hivi hawa wataalam sijui bado wapo? kama wapo mbona hatuwaoni mashambani kwetu?

nikiwa mdogo sana miaka hiyo nilikuwa ninawaona kwenye mapikipiki yao wakipita mashambani kuwaelimisha wazazi wetu juu ya kilimo cha kisasa kwenye ile dhana ya Siasa ni Kilimo.

Bila kilimo cha kisasa, naapa Tanzania hii kamwe haichomoki kwenye dimbwi la umaskini.

Pamoja na mazingira yasiyo rafiki bado kilimo imebaki kuwa sekta inayotoa ajira kwa asilimia kubwa zaidi nchini.
Ni vizuri kunapokuwa na mipango mizuri katika sekta hii muhimu na serikali ikaweza kusimamia kuleta matoleo yanayotarajiwa
Pia viongozi wa serikali katika ngazi za mikoa, wilaya, kata na vijiji wana jukumu la kuhakikisha kwamba wanawashauri na kuwaongoza wananchi katika kukuza shughuli za kila siku za kiuchumi kadri ya ikiwamo kilimo au ufugaji ikiwamo PAMOJA na kutoa elimu jinsi gani ya kuongeza ubora wa mazao hayo ili kutengeneza faida zaidi pamoja na kuwataftia masoko
Wananchi tufanye kinachowezekana kukuza uchumi wa kaya zetu yaliyo nje ya uwezo wetu serikali itoe support
 
Hapa ndipo serikali ya awamu ya tano imefeli kabisa maana haina sera ya kilimo. Awamu ya Tano wameamua kutelekeza kilimo kinachojumuisha wanyonge wengi . Kwa miaka minne imekazania ma flyover, ndege, mradi wa SGR reli mpya ambao hata miaka 15 utakuwa haujaisha kwa kufuatana na ujenzi wake unavyoenda n.k

Kilimo kufuatana na barabara zilizojengwa hadi awamu ya Kikwete na awamu hii ingekarabati reli zote za mkoloni na ya TAZARA tu kisha fedha 'zetu za ndani' zinazojenga SGR RELI, ununuzi wa ndege kwa cash zingeelekezwa ktk sekta ya kilimo yaani kuboresha kilimo kiwe cha kisasa na kuwekeza ktk masoko na viwanda vya kusindika mazao ya kilimo, mifugo na uvuvi nchi hii ya Tanzania ingekuwa kiuchumi na kuwa donor country.

Sasa wananchi awamu hii kilimo, ufugaji na uvuvi watu wanaambiwa wafanye kazi wakati wapo na juhudi wanJibidisha (resilient ) bila kukata tamaa serikali imewapuuza kwa kutowekeza sera madhubuti ktk kilimo.
Sera ya kilimo ni kila Mtu kujilimia shamba lake, hakuna shamba la ujamaa au la kijiji.
Sasa wewe unataka serikali ikulimie??
Kwenye kujenga reli na miundo mbinu hilo ni jukumu la serikali ukitilia maanani hakuna mtu binafsi ktk Tz ambaye anauwezo wa kufanya huo uwekezaji mkubwa uwe wa ndege, meli, na uzalishaji umeme au tuseme nishati.

Kwenye kujenga reli na miundo mbinu hilo ni jukumu la serikali ukitilia maanani hakuna mtu binafsi ktk Tz ambaye anauwezo wa kufanya huo uwekezaji mkubwa uwe wa ndege, meli, na uzalishaji umeme au tuseme nishati.

Azam marine, Fastjet n.k watu binafsi wana uwezo hata kuwekeza ktk reli lakini mnadanganywa na awamu ya tano.

Pia makampuni kama MOTL na Bahkresa Group wanaweza kuchangia rolling stock yaani kununua mabehewa kwa ajili ya usafirishaji mizigo reli ya mkoloni huku kampuni hizo ikilipa tozo kutumia miundo mbinu ya reli ya mkoloni iliyokarabatiwa.

Hii ni kuipunguzia mzigo serikali kununua mabehewa hata vichwa. Serikali kazi yake itakuwa kutunza reli ya mkoloni iliyokarabatiwa kwa gharama nafuu kuliko ujenzi wa SGR reli mpya.

Nchi nyingi dunia zinaendesha sekta ya reli kwa mtindo wa makampuni kushirikiana na serikali.

Post # 36 hapo juu ushauri : Serikali iwe sikivu kuweka sera nzuri kuwekeza ktk kilimo, ufugaji , uvuvi na mawasiliano tutaona matunda chanya ya mtu binafsi na makampuni binafsi yakitumia fursa yao kusukuma maendeleo badala ya serikali kujitwisha mzigo asilimia 100 bila sababu yoyote na kuingizia nchi hasara kubwa.

Mfano hai, Ikiwa sekta ya mawasiliano ya simu, kampuni binafsi zimeweza kuisaidia serikali kuhakikisha huduma bora na kukusanya kodi kipi kitashindikana ktk sekta zingine?

Private train lines in Japan In Tokyo, a network of subway lines and several railway companies make up the JR network.

For example, Seibu Railroads connect Tokyo to Saitama Prefecture to explore Chichibu, and Tobu will take you from the Tokyo Skytree to Chiba and Gunma Prefectures. Finally, the Keikyu and Odakyu trains connect Tokyo to Yokohama, Kamakura, Enoshima and Hakone. In Nagoya, the Meitetsu Railway Company connects Nagoya Station with Chubu International Airport.

The Kintetsu and Keihan companies have networks in Kansai, including the Kyoto-Osaka route. Kintetsu trains also run from Nagoya to Ise, where you can go on to explore Nara or Wakayama Prefecture. Osaka and Kobe are connected by local Hanshin and Hankyu companies, and there are many convoys of this company running in Japan. The Keikyu N1000 series is a DC electric multiple unit (EMU) train type operated by the private railway operator Keikyu on commuter services in the Tokyo area of Japan since 2002.

The railway network in Japan has been owned and operated partly by the public sector and partly by the private sector almost since the first railway line was opened in 1872.

The building of many private lines during so-called ‘railway manias’ at the end of the 19th century and the first nationalization in 1906/7 are described in detail in A History of Japanese Railways 1872–1999, published by EJRCF.

On the initiative of the General Headquarters (GHQ) of the occupation forces, Japan's government railways was reorganized in 1949 as a public corporation called Japanese National Railways (JNR) that almost completely monopolized the nation's intercity rail passenger services and freight transport, until privatization and division in 1987.

The division split JNR into six independent passenger railway companies (commonly called JR Hokkaido, JR East, JR Central, JR West, JR Shikoku, and JR Kyushu) and one freight railway company (JR Freight).

The passenger JRs own their own infrastructure while JR Freight carries freight on the infrastructure of the JRs. Although breakup of JNR was described as a privatization, only some shares of JR East, JR West and JR Central have been sold by the initial public offering so far with the rest being held by a government holding corporation (now a part of Japan Railway Construction Public Corporation).

However, the government has announced that it intends to sell its remaining holdings in these three companies before the end of 2001. In addition to the JRs, there are many private railway companies throughout Japan, but they generally offer only local services.

Depopulation in rural areas forced many private railways to close lines serving rural areas since the 1970s to focus on very profitable operations in large cities where they could carry huge numbers of passengers. One of the most important features of railways in Japan is that private railways invariably play a large role in urban transit.
