World Cup 2014, Brazil: June 12 - July 13

The focus before today's opening game between Germany and Portugal has been on the fitness of Cristiano Ronaldo. The captain of Portugal has been struggling with knee and thigh problems but has declared himself fit: 'I'm at 100%. I want to have a great World Cup.'
