Hello to all....! I would like to share with u beloved friends of mine these good news, I am named as it's seen on my JF page, I'm currently working as an Assistant Finance & Administration Manager in certain privately owned coy dealing with processing & packing of organic foods in Dsm. I am also among of committed young men in Tz in all aspects particularly in economic and social domains, since still at college I for a long time brainstormed on how to solve some of problems in my country (TZ) which have been dominant in drugging back our economy..! Then the first idea came in my mind and dominated my thoughts was to deal with problems relating to Youth Employment..!. Towards implementation of my idea I tried to involve some people around me at that particular period of time, some of them encouraged me whereas some of them discouraged me, at the end of the truck I decided to establish a Youth organization dealing with economic and social entrepreneurships. I thus took up the idea and asked some fellows who were close to me to join me in the organization, guys responded to a significant extent, I was proud of it. I succeeded to form a first draft of the organization in July, 2013. I proposed the official name of the organization to be "Victorious Youth Enterprises Group-VYEG" we cooperated together with members who shown willingness with the organization.
By September we succeeded to register our organization as a CBO with local registration in Morogoro municipality with registration code:MG/MMC/CBO/000106 as a starting point. The organization is typical because it has operational divisions which covers many fields of professionalism, although by staring we have started with only six divisions the constitution is open to additional/removal of any division as per agreement by the members.
As a managing director I am trying to do to my best level to make sure that our organization has been promoted throughout the country, I am checking with Youth Employment Program-YEP from ILO, I am now in touch with the coordinator for help, also I am checking with ministry of youth, info..& sports in Tz as well as ministry of work & labour in Tz for any support and other checkings in progress and I believe I'm going to make it.
I am here by to invite everyone of us who could be able to join and he/she is planning to grow his/her career by participating in economic and social initiatives like this. But also I need someone who could even help me in any circumstance such as technical advice, financial advice or direct funding by investing in some projects we expect to run or in any other way. Ideologically my idea may seem to be complicated issue due to altitudes of most of Tanzanians of desiring for output without considering input, but all in all we need to be highly committed and dare, by starting the campaign, I have dared..! join me please.
We are suffering because our predecessors did not save for the future generation (us), they used monkey's principle that " Every monkey will stay on its own tail" Let us create conducive environment for the coming generation.
