Hata hivyo tamko lao ni kali sana linantisha inaonyesha hawataki kuendelea na biashara Tanzania.

pls be serious on this very shocking issue especially to those farmers who entirely depend on the product of cotton in shinyanga region. cargill was the only and best on setting good competitive cotton seed prices during the buying season.

shirecu is no more like the former shirecu, shirecu ya leo siyo ya 1984! pamoja na kwamba kuna makampuni mengine mengi ya pamba like GAKI, FRESHO, JAMBO, AFRISIAN, etc lakini CARGILL ilikuwa ni mwokozi mkubwa hasa kwa Wilaya za Kishapu, Maswa, Bariadi, Meatu, Bukombe and nearby areas within Cargill ginneries.

For instance Cargill was located in Lalago Village, Maswa District in Shinyanga Region. Katika kijiji hiki cha Lalago most of people sepends mainly on Cargill. Mama Ntilie earn thru this ginnery, shop owners are selling thru this company, casual wages are solving financial problems via Cargill.

Then now the Coy has been winding off, what are the economic and financial impacts for the residents of nearby areas and cotton product in the nearby areas???

After all, to the best of my knowledge this Coy is dying here in Tanzania because of just few people who I can put them in the category of FISADIZ. This is because the top management here in TZ were mainly upon individualism. This is sure the General Manager (Country Controller) wa kampuni hii hapa Tanzania hakuwa siriaz na perfomance ya kampuni.

It should be noted that, Cargill Tanzania has been working under loss for more than 14 years! Hivi kweli hawa viongozi wanaridhika na hali hiyo? Si kupata low volume as they defended to their bosses who are far in UK and USA, siyo economic recession ambayo imesababisha kuanguka kwa kampuni hii hapa Tanzania bali ni sababu za uongozi usio stable na usiojari maisha ya watu na uhai wa kampuni.
