Dont u realize that the reason why there are "no" slums in Dar is bcos all it mainly comprises of settlements that can only be described as slums in other places such as Kenya! There are no slums slums in Dar, for example cos the entire city, save for the city centre and a few other places are slums.

Dar es Salaam. Much of the development is concentrated within the city parameters. Dar es Salaam, as far as the eyes can see bear all the hallmarks of poor development. No fine roads and houses!
