im trying to nab astra 4.8e satellite (using 90cm offset dish). particularly interested on ETV hydr park for champion league games.
i tried last week on tuesday without success.
i plan to try tomorrow again any tips/success

What make is your modem plus model?
The are particular modems which are not compatible with D-link dir412 router but the is always a away to reconfigure the router to accept the modem.

Al Jazeera Sports revealed through tv screens on Friday evening that it had acquired the global rights for the Premier League .
Al Jazeera Sports won the rights to broadcast English Premier League beginning from next season until 2016, making it the Premier League exclusively on Al Jazeera Sports screens.
Awaiting for official confirmation form MP & Silva regarding the same.

astra 0r sirius at 4.8e is very easy to track but to get the etv feed you have to
Ensure the quality on this two tps 12525v 30000 and 12418H27500 is above 90% or the maximum of your receiver then input 12725v4430.

if you are already receiving eutelsat 7 west A, astra 4/SES 5 is easy, just lift your dish slightly up nd for sure u will hit green.

Hello my friends,thanks for the reply well i tryed to configur it with DHCP off but still the problem persists and i have two types of usb stick and one is HSPA E173Eu-1 model from a mobile operator and the other one is universal HSDPA 7.2Mbps and it accepts all operators so with this one all the lights come on unlike the original where only two lights shows.So is it possible that they could not be compatible with the dlink412?

Hi there Bluez if your query on b*ss key entry for Astrovox 9000 HD was not answered below is an answer. I had posted this earlier in another forum.
For those with VSR 9000 HD remember that you can only input the b*ss keys if you have patched the receiver with the latest firmware. This can be accessed from [URL="http://www.ast-micsupport.com/"]www.ast-micsupport.com[/URL].
When inputting the b*ss key Press red button on your remote and then press 1510 to access the super setting option if you cannot see it once you choose the SETTINGS tab.
When inputting the b*ss key in this receiver you only put the frequency,symbol rate, polarisation and key. Remember to do this when you are on the said channel that you want to open with the key. After that reboot the receiver and you are good to go.
See the images below to view how the B*ss key looks like on a VSR 9000 HD. The b*ss key shown is for CH33 (Dubai Sport) even though we have it also FTA.
