Katika mada iliyopita tulijaribu kuangalia ni jinsi gani jamii ina mchango mkubwa katika kuwasaidia watu wenye matatizo ya ugonjwa wa akili , pia tulijaribu kuonyesha ni kwa namna gani magonjwa ya akili hutokea na mwisho tuliona kwamba magonjwa ya akili sio ukichaa uliopitiliza tu bali magonjwa mengine kma vile sonona na mengine mengi

Kwa kiasi kikubwa tuliona ni namna gani jamii ipo karibu sana na kuwasaidia watu hawa wenye magonjwa ya akili kwamba Jamii inapaswa kuwaonyesha upendo, isiwatenge wala isiwanyanyapae. Hali kadhalika jamii iwe na utaratibu wa kuwasaidia katika mahitaji yao ya msingi ikiwa ni pamoja na kuwapeleka kupata huduma

Kwa mujibu wa taarifa ya Shirika la Afya Duniani (WHO) ya mwaka 2019, kila sekunde 40, mtu mmoja hupoteza maisha kwa kujiua. Hii ina maana kwamba kila mwaka watu takribani 800,000 hufa duniani kote kwa kujiua. Hili ni tatizo ambalo linaonekana kuongezeka mwaka hadi mwaka. Ukweli ni kwamba, tatizo hili halizungumzwi vya kutosha miongoni mwa jamiina hasa katika jamii yetu ya kitazania , na katika mada ya leo tutaonana sasa namna ya kutambua magonjwa haya na( binafsi au kwa mtu mwingine na namna ya kujikinga nayo )

Tunaposema mtu mwenye akili timamu huwa tunamaanisha nini haswa ?
Mtu mwenye akili timamu ni mtu mwenye kukamilika kiakili. Mtu huyu anakuwa na uwezo wa kujitambua, kufikiri, kuelewa, kukumbuka, kuwasiliana na kushirikiana na wengine, kujifunza, kupanga, kujisimamia katika shughuli zake za kimaisha, kuhimili na kutatua changamoto za kimaisha kwa kutumia akili na maarifa.

Dalili kubwa zinazoweza kutuonyesha matatizo katika mfumo wa fahamu kwa ujumla ni kama zifuatavyo , ni vizuri kufahamu pia kwamba dalili hizi zitathibitika iwapo tu zitajitokeza mfululizo na kudumu kwa zaidi ya wiki mbili

1. KUJIHISI MCHOVU MARA KWA MARA , hii hali huendana na mabadiliko ya kihisia kujihisi mnyonge kwa muda mwingi.

2. KUPOTEZA HAMU YA VITU ULIKUA UNAVIPENDA MWANZO , mfano mwanaume ulikua unapenda mpira unakua unaona hauna haja tena .

3. MABADILIKO KATIKA USINGIZI , usiku unakua unashindwa kulala na mchana ndo unakua muda wako wa kusinzia hivyo kuathiri shughuli zako mbali mbali za kijamii .

4. MABADILIKO KATIKA ULAJI WA CHAKULA , kula sana au kula kidogo sana .

5. KUJIONA HUNA THAMANI , NA KUJITENGA NA WENZAKO MARA KWA MARA

6. MWISHO NI KUWA NA HASIRA ZA MARA KWA MARA NA BILA SABABU YA MSINGI

Hizi ni miongoni mwa dalili kuu ambazozinaweza kutuonyesha kwamba mtu huyu ana tatizo katika mfumo wake wa akili na huonyesha dalili hizi kwa muda wa zaidi ya wiki mbili au zaidi katika jinsi ya kupambana namagonjwa ya akili leo tutaangalia zaidi jinsi ya kupambana na msongo wa mawazo maana hili ndo tatizo kubwa tulilo nalo watanzania
zifuatazo ni baadhi ya njia chache zinazoweza kukusaidia kupambana na msongo wa mawazo msongo wa mawazo huwa upo kuna muda tunakumbwa na mambo tusiyoweza kuyatawala ila ni muhimu sana kuhakikisha mambo hayo hayaathiri afya yetu ya akili tunaweza fanya hivyo kwa

1. EPUKA MAWAZO HASI KUHUSU WATU AU JAMII , ni vyema kila mtu kujifunza kuyachukulia mambo katika mlengo chanya hata jambo baya likitokea tambua litapita na kuna namna ya kulitatua ukituliza akili

2. PATA LISHE BORA NA JIHUSISHE NA MAZOEZI MACHACHE , katika mada iliyopita tuliona kwamba kwenye mwili kuna kemikali ambazo zinajihusisha na kusafirisha taarifa kwenye ubongo hivyo zinapopungua mtu anaweza pata haya magonjwa ya akili mazoezi ni kiungo muhimu sana kwani huimarisha usafirishaji wa hizi kemikali mwilini vyakula vya nyuzi nyuzi kama vile matunda na mboga za majanini muhimu sana kwa afya akili pia samai zenye omega 3 tofauti na vyakula vya mafuta

3. PUUZIA MAMBO YANAYOWEZA KUKUUMIZA NA JIWEKE NAYO MBALI , kama umekosa utatuzi katika jambo flani au na mtu flani vizuri kujitenga na hicho kitu kukiweka mbali , mada iliyopita tuliona jinsi maneno mabaya yanaweza sababisha ajali katika mifumo ya usafirishaji wa kemikali katika bongo zetu , majasusi huwa wana msemo wa '' get out of x '' jiepushe na jiweke mbali

4. KUTAFUTA SHUGHULI MBADALA NA ILE UIFANYAYO KILA SIKU , kufanya shughuli mpya husaidia kwa kuuletea ubongo changamoto mpya ambayo ubongo utabidi uwe makini katika kujifunza ( concentration ) hivyo kuyachepusha mawazo , sio kwamba mawazo yatapotea kabisa ila unavyofanya mara kwa mara ndivyo ubongo unazoea

5.Eleza tatizo ulilonalo linalokusababishia msongo wa mawazo kwa mtu aliye karibu nawe yaani mtu unayemwamini kuwa atakuwa tayari kukusikiliza.Hatua hii husaidia kuondoa hisia hasi kutoka moyoni ,usizihifadhi hisia hasi kwani zitazidi kuongezeka na mwisho zitaharibu afya yako ya akili. Kaa karibu na watu uwapendao

MWISHO kabisa pata msaada wa kitaalamu toka kwa sisi wataalamu wa afya ila kama kuna msaada zaidi uweze kusaidiwa

Nimalizie kwa kusema kwamba serikali inapaswa iongeze mwamko katika swala zima la afya ya akili ihakikishe elimu inatolewa mashuleni na katika jami nzima kwa ujumla pia wadau wa sayansi na teknolojia watengeneze applications zinazoweza kutumika kuzuia matukio mengi ya kujiua kama wenzetu wa magharibi na nchi zingine hufanya
