Hata kama CJ akiwa kwenye Bench ya case husika na wenzake wakawa progovt au wakatumia ukabila wao na wingi wao kwenye Bench kutoa majority vote CJ ataikuta kesi hiyo? mkuu, afadhali umejaribu kumelimisha dogo ili apate ufahamu ya mambo yanavyo enda. Jamaa muongo, bila haya wanapost tu mambo yao ya kuiga, namshangaa sana, nikama ametumwa vile.

Sooo predictable. first of all, have you looked at all the other 6 who have been selected? which tribe they come from? isnt the former chief justice from a completely diffrent tribe to those that were in poeer then?

have you also looked at the CV of the other 6 to conclude that proffesor makau was the most qualified?
you say he is the most qualified just because he was suspended in UoN and ended up in USDM? so predictable....

a chief justice is supposed to keep some things to himselfs and be impartial, just like Mutunga who evem though he was mistreated the same time raila was totured by moi, even though raila is the one who recomended Mutunga to be CJ when he was prime minister, Mutunga remained impartial in the courts and has kept his deep inner thoughts to himself

Ni kweli Katiba ya kenya imeweka mfumo wa kuwapata viongozi mbalimbali pamoja na majaji ili kuondokana na uwezekano wa mtu mmoja kuteua watu kwa interest zake na si kwa mstakabali wa manufaa ya kitaifa. Hili ni zuri. Ndio maana hata watanzania, katika vitu ambavyo vimo katika rasimu ya katiba ya jaji Warioba ni kubadili mfumo wa kuwapata viongozi tofauti na mfumo uliopo unaompa madaraka Raisi kuwa na wateule wengi sana ambapo uteuzi huo unaweza ukawa umeshinikiwa kukidhi matakwa binasi, marafiki, familia, chama siasa anachotoka n.k kwa mwamvuli wa ustawi wa taifa. HII NI HATARI.
Na ndo maana taifa lilipokosea kuweka wanasiasa wengi bunge la katiba, vitu vingi vilivyokuwa kwenye rasimu viliondolewa ikiwa ni pamoja na pendekezo la mfumo mpya wa kuwapata viongozi kama majaji, mawaziri, n,k. Hii ilidhihirisha wazi kuwa mfumo wa sasa huwa unatoa mwanya kwa watu fulani kujipendelea kwa ajili ya kulinda maslahi binafsi.
Katika hili, namuomba chondechonde, mheshimiwa raisi sikia kilio cha watanzania.
Ni kweli Rais was sasa kwakiwango fulani amethibitisha kuwa hatoi nafasi ya mufumo wa sasa kutumika vibaya, japo inapokuja kwenye nani anateuliwa napata mashaka kuwa pengine ana imani zaidi kufanya kazi na watanzania wenye itikadi ya chama chake hivyo nguvu ya chama anachotoka imehusika kuunda serikali (executive) na mahakama (judiciary).
Ili kuwa na mwendelezo wa haya ambayo anayafanya JPM sasa lazima kabla hajaondoka madarakani awe ameweka mfumo wa kikatiba ambao utahakikisha kila anaeingia madarakani bila kujali itikadi ya siasa (irrespective of the politica party), anaapa kuyafuata.
Vinginevyo, atafanya yeye kama yeye, akishaondoka upo uwezekano tukarudi miaka 40-60 nyuma.
TAFADHARI SANA RAIS, NAKUOMABA UZINGATIA RESIMU YA JAJI WARIOBA KWENYE MWENDELEZO WA KATIBA MPYA UNAOTARAJIA KUFANYA.
