Hahahahaha if only 10,000 Kenyans control 62% of your economy, that means only 38% of your economy is shared by 45M people, only crazy people can celebrate that.

So Long as we achieve our goal of leading this region in every sector of development, is an indication that without Tanzania there is no EAC. The fact that we can influence everything in all EAC projects, that means Tanzania is unchallengeable.

Kenya is doing fine. Economy is thriving. Exports are thriving. Imports are also thriving.

Low unemployment rate, low population below poverty line, low crime rate, high inclusive index, peaceful country, food security, low corruption, no nepotism, best heath delivery system, and availability of good roads and electricity, are these meaningless metrics?.

Even in your LDC, si your dollar billionaire was kidnapped the other day. That's one person controlling like 3% of your wealth. If you add a few more of your millionaires, you'll find less than 200 people controlling 30% of your economy.
 

Just last month stats were released showing that 20 million Tanzanians earn less than $0.5 a day.
Yet only 18 million Kenyans earn less than $1 a day.

I wonder what kind of employment they are in.
Also, a statistics bureau known for cooking figures can never be trusted.

Everything else you have stated is just wishful thinking.

The only thing you lead Kenya is infant mortality rate.

You trail in health (lower life expectancy)
You trail in roads (far far far lower km of tarmac roads)
You trail in electricity (32% connection vs Kenya's 70%)
You trail in cars on the road (Kenya imports double every year)
You trail in air passenger numbers (Kenya has more than double)
 
If that is the case, then why Tanzania is leading Africa in Inclusive index?. In USA there is no population below poverty line, if any is insignificant. If every citizen lives descent life, there is no problem to have very rich people, in Kenya you have few people who are too rich, and the rest can't afford three meals.

One of the reason why Kenya was ranked as a failed state is this gap between rich and poor, how can only 10,000 people control 62% of the economy and more than 3M live in mabanda without toilets?.
 
Hahahahahaha, keep on dreaming but you know very well the truth, your fellow Kenyans are crossing to Tanzania daily looking for better and affordable heath care, your investors are flocking looking for green life, we are the source of your food, your primary and secondary teachers are here in thousands, are running away corrupt and failing economy, keep on pleasing with old statistics we are moving at supersonic speed.

And then this is the same country where the statistics bureau says that they have 3% unemployment.

Kama statistics bureau ya Kenya ingekuwa inahesabu mpaka wauza njugu kama ya Tanzania, basi data za unemployment yetu pia zingekuwa chini hivo.

I've never heard of any Kenyan looking for greener pastures in Tanzania. Lakini huku Kenya, mpaka kwa mitaa midogo, omba omba kutoka Tanzania wametapakaa.
 

Tanzania has over 20 million people living below $0.5 a day.
You have the 3rd highest population of people living in extreme poverty in Africa after Nigeria and Ethiopia.

Even using percentages, a higher percentage of Kenyans live above the poverty line than Tanzanians.

The only inclusiveness Tanzania knows, is nearly the entire population being included in poverty.





Kenya has a higher % of middle class than Tanzania.

Tanzania pamoja na mapungufu yake mengi lakini viongozi wake wapo makini sana, hii ndio sababu serikali inapata ujasiri wa kuanzisha miradi mikubwa bila kutegemea mikopo au kushindwa kuanzisha au kumalizia miradi iliyokwisha anza kutokana na ukosefu wa pesa kama vile Galana irrigation project, a laptop per child, green field terminal, five big stadia na mingi mingine.

Nchi zetu hizi zinategemea sana kodi katika kupata pesa za maendeleo, sasa kukitokea jambo lolote ambalo linahusiana na kupungua kwa kodi, tunakua makini sana kabla ya kukubaliana nalo, lazima tujiulize, tutapoteza kodi kiasi gani endapo tutalubaliana na jambo hili, na je wapi tutapata pesa ili kufidia hiyo hasara?

Nahisi kuna issue za kodi hapo.
Sina uhakika. Mradi wao umefeli because of discordant tax policies. I have a feeling that Tanzania stands to lose revenue which would explain the governments reluctance.
Ila kwa juu its a good initiative meant to promote regional integration. Devil is in the deets!

Ndio sababu nimesema serikali ipo makini sana, inajaribu kupima kwa makini kipi ni muhimu kwa mwananchi kabla ya kuchukua maamizi ya kukurupuka, kawapunguzia wananchi gharama za kupiga simu ukose pesa za kuendesha irrigation project wenye kuzalisha chakula cha uhakika au kinyume chake?, kupanga ni kuchagua, watu watapima busara za viongozi wa nchi based on rational decision.
