Median home price in that neighborhood , according to Property Shark, is $2.2 million.
Calabasas is not even in the top 10 most expensive neighborhoods in L.A.
Nevertheless, a median price of $2.2 million is nothing to sneeze at.
Whether AY has a crib there or not, only he knows the real facts.
Let’s say he has. Does that mean he owns it free and clear? Maybe or maybe not.
All I know is, you’d be hard pressed to find people in the US owning their properties free and clear.
