Nafikiri watu wanaona wivu kuona hawa wazee wamesamehewa kwa mtizamo wa kisiasa ila ukweli ni kwamba hao akina babu Seya ni wabakaji kwa mujibu wa hukumu ya kimahakama.
 
Mimi nashangaa watu wanabishana kwamba hawa watu wana hatia au hawana. Hivi mnajua maana ya kusamehe?. Kusamehe hakujalishi kama una hatia au hauna, msamaha ni msamaha tu.

Rule of Law cannot exist without a transparent legal system, the main components of which are a clear set of laws that are freely and easily accessible to all, strong enforcement structures, and an independent judiciary to protect citizens against the arbitrary use of power by the state, individuals or any other organization.


The general principle under the law is that......

..... discretionary power is exercised so as to do justice to the case and must be exercised judiciously with due consideration of all the facts and circumstances…. (ingawa hapa ni Katiba katika babu seya case)

Hujatoa hoja yoyote ya kisheria hapo. Ulicopy ni maoni ya kisomi tu ambayo kama ulivoonesha yakiwekwa kwenye kiingereza inaonekana kama kitu chenye mantiki sana.

Hoja iliyoko mezani ni uwezo wa raisi kusamehe bila kutoa sababu. Raisi ana mamlaka ya kikatiba kusamehe kosa lolote lile. Kusamehe hakumaanishi aliyesamehewa kaonewa hapana. Mtu aliyeonewa hasamehewi anaachiwa huru kwa kuwa ameonewa.

Sasa katika swala hili....mahakama ya rufani iliwaona wanahatia kama walivotiwa hatiani wengine na ikatoa hukumu yake stahiki. Alichofanya raisi si kutengua hukumu ya mahakama...bali kusamehe.

ooh thanks for reminding me about this insight observations Seven years ago ....

infact hii yote ni uwezo wa kufanya calculations based on chain and sequence of events [Chronological studies ]...., kama mnajuwa hata kwenye hesabu kuna kitu kinaitwa Sequence and Series .... hata in really life kwenye any intelligent approach lazima kufanya chronological assumptions na hii ndio inawezesha basing on factors utakuta kuna mambo mengi humu ndani watu tulisema na yanakuwa ....

Mfano kuna post moja humu ndani ten years ago, wakati Magufuli anahamishwa kwenda kuwa waziri wa ardhi au mifugo ...nilisema kuna muelekeo mkubwa kuwa ana ndoto za URAIS ...na atakuwa ..
Tofauti ya Magufuli na wagombea wengine kama ambavyo hata yeye anasema ni kuwa ...nafikiri alikuwa mbio zake anakimbiza mwizi taratibu saana , wakati wenzake walikuwa wanakimbia kwa fujo na makelele .
Magufuli aliujenga vizuri Mtandao wa TANROAD na kuutumia vizuri sana na kwa siri kubwa pengine akijua yeye mwenyewe malengo yake . Hakuna mtaka nia aliyemuona tishio .
