Some how you are correct but to correct you: not every coder earns that amount, there are languages that are most preffered alot more to earn even more than that, and there is a difference between a programmer and a coder: some people dont even earn $500 a month because of the field they choose, lets say you are onto design (the front end) its less likely you will even have that much but everything else you said its true, some people go even beyond the amount you mentioned: about mark, sergery , bilgates, these people arent employees after all there salary is just $1 a year

Programmer/Developer and Coder are used interchangeably though companies choose to differentiate,assigning coder to beginners, programmer/developer to middle level and software engineer to the most advanced but they all code.

Personally I use C# for business logic and the .net stack given that i host my API on microsoft Azure, postgres for relational database(Psql) or sql server and couchDB for Nosql storage or Azure Tables, then i use Haskell for Artificial intelligence(It is mathematically pure in syntax) and Javascript(Backbone Marionette js with require js,Lodash and Zepto for single page app, bootstrap for UI design, on 3D browser rendering of graphs I use D3 js and babylon js)

I also use enterprise architect in design and architecture of components for my system. finally ofcourse visual studio enterprise is my ide.

your doing great bro: personally i like c# too , i use it for UNITY, although unity goes hand in hand with visual studio but i dont like it that much, i would prefer other editors: atleast i like the lite version VS CODE: keep up the good work
