Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

[Teargass]

Kuna picha ya huko kwenu kenya nzima ambayo haijawahi postiwa humu ndani.? You always posting pictures of the same places daily. Au umeshindwa mjadala. 🤣🤣🤣

Hatujawahi post picha ya sehemu mara kumi in one post. Yani in one post unarudia picha mara kumi?

Why repeat the same picture in one post?

Samia housing scheme ime face funding challenge lini mzee.? 🤣🤣🤣 yesterday they have just introduced Samia housing scheme phase 11 at KAWE. 👇🏾View attachment 3277954View attachment 3277955this phase is gonna have 10 more buildings with 14 floors 12 floors and 10 floors.

This, which is Dar slum's megaproject hapa Nairobi ata haipewi headline page 4.
Na niliona picha ya kinacho jengwa hapelekani kabisa na renders. 😅 😅 😅

Hii iende ikabishane na chenye tunajenga Jogoo Road. (25 floors each)

I didn't realize slum eradication can be this easy.

A few more of these massive sites around Nairobi slums and in comparison Dar slum will look like a slummier fishing village more in comparison than it already looks.

Like TEARGAS was commenting earlier on how we neglect to protect playing surface areas in our stadiums, the more you encounter or do research about certain problems, the more you realize how it’s so easy to fix some of them and not expensive . It’s either ignorance or lack of political will that hinders our progress. I’m obsessed with nice landscapes and water fountains. If you visit my home you would know. Did you know it’s not that expensive to install and maintain such features especially in a small area like a roundabout. Someone pass the idea to the Nairobi governor. There are many spots on Nairobi highways that deserve better representation .Unfortunately there is too much wastage and corruption.

utakataa ukweli hadi lini .? 🤣🤣🤣 no city in EA can relate. View ya Dar from the ocean ni kama zile view za miji za huko ughaibuni. Leta facts kama unaona unaonewa

And I said in Tanganyikans' view no city can relate. This is just Westlands alone. Show me any in EA city with such a view outside the CBD ndio utuambie hiyo kelele

Best part of Dar ( posta downtown ) vs Mo-town suburbs ( Nyali)… 😄😄… Mombasa keep extending the lead over Dar ..(Just 3 blue towers short)

Talk of greenary. This is roof top of a mall in Nairobi, you can confuse it with a natural garden.

MY TAKE
Hivi Kundurenda wanatushinda nn? Speed boats hawagusi hata kidogo! Airlines ndo usiseme kabsaa! Upcountry buses ni balaa! BRT ni mbingu na dunia wakati SGR trains ndo kabsaa tumewazika! Airports, bus n SGR terminals, bridges tumewafuta kwenye ramani hawagusi!

Hapa kuna hata building imefika 10 floors kweli?

By the way Westlands alone is much better than Dar. Westlands has more buildings above 30 floors comoared to entire Dar.

Hizo twin towers alone them both 20 floors each. Sasa sijui unajitekenya nini. 🤣🤣

[Teargass]

See how new towers are popping up everywhere around Westlands. Kuna nchi sijui ilijenga nyumba ya 20 floors ya mwisho 15yrs ago.
