I partly agree with you but you must understand, the USA set the trend and the world follows. All these modern mass/public housing ideas started in America and most of them were implemented in the 30s, 40s and 50s..( think about that)…so definitely they are not as modern as Chinese ones ( built in the 90s) but the new ones coming up are definitely different ( notice they aren’t tall and very similar to Kenya’s)
