Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Hakuna haja ya kutetea ujinga na ushamba.

Is Dar slum CBD surrounded by walls? Good thing it grew naturally and was not planned by the average low IQ bongolala 'urban planner'.

Bongolalas have always lacked class. Hamna kabisa. Washamba online na offline. Ati nyinyi hapa JF ndio mmechanuka kidogo 😅😅😅
Offline ukweli ni kwamba akili ya bongo imejaa tu uji. Hakuna ujanja, hakuna chochote cha maana. 😀

I've never heard of your 'unprofessionals' getting big jobs abroad, because the whole world knows that a bongolala PHD is equivalent to a Kenyan Form 4 certificate 😅😅

Nilikuacha ile mwanzo kumbe unaendelea kuleta ufala.

Sasa jengo la mahakama lipo dom CBD.? Mana umejitia umuhimu wa kutosha. Heb ngoja nikushughulikie ipasavyo..

Bongolala trying to out-compete Kenya with vanity projects.
Many Kenyan real estate projects sell out months before completion.

Hawa with their madafu spending power are trying to chase our tails. No wonder they heavily advertise online to Kenyans to buy those houses.

Dom ni nini? Is it that dusty town you call a city?
So, which is your new capital? Is it Dodoma or is it Magufuli city which is 20km away?
Whatever the answer shows a very disastrous urban planning.

Government buildings should always be at the heart of a capital city. Especially one that you are designing from scratch.
You didn't even need to go to DC for that. Ata Nairobi ungejionea tu 😅 😅

hili ni jengo la muhimili muhimu zaidi wa serikali (judiciary building) ijengwe then iachwe idle like a random business building in the city.

Wew una vitu viwili kimoja kinakusumbua, it’s either wewe ni zuzu au ni wivu unakusumbua. 🤣🤣🤣.

Dodoma is widely developing, very huge place, we actually going to have 5 bigger centers in the city, giving different vibes, usifosi tufanane. Kama ni wivu we ugulia tu polepole lakini kwa kesi ya maendeleo utaumia.

Hizo city plans za places with no gated fences ukizitika you can have them in Dodoma CBD where businesses are conducted, ukitaka goverment buildings utapatana nazo Magufuli city, ukitaka new business offices, some goverment institutions, hotels and the judiciary building utapatanazo NCC link area na NJEDENGWA investment areas.

Dodoma is such a very huge city coming up.
Sasa tuliza wivu, you ain’t any better.

What is this, the medieval times?

In a proper planned city, the CBD should form naturally around the government facilities.
A good example is Harambee avenue in Nairobi, which is full of government buildings, but in a compact way, not this tangagiza kind of planning.

Again Judiciary building haipo city center. Wewe ni kipofu.?

Umeshawahi kupitia miji mipya inayojengwa duniani.? Hiki ni kitu kwenu hakuna, nakushangaa unashupaza shingo.?

Tafuta pitaia miji hii.
Brasilia
New cairo Egypt
Damniadio Senegal

Unataja mambo za Harambee.? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 hizo ni old plans of the city, yaani ni out dated city design. Jifunze unachikiona Tanzania hapo Dodoma hayo ndio mambo mapya ulimwenguni kote kwasasa.

Toa Brazil kinywani mwako. That's a footballing nation known for its immense talent. Ki ufupi ni kwamba you're just agreeing with what I said that talent matters, sio kelele na kujiliwaza
