Uhuru served two terms as pertains to the constitution and he’s only there juu ya ungwana na ujirani mwema otherwise we care less about an African dictator who believes God put him there to rule forever…

Infrastructure budget ya county governments haidirectly count as part of the national government's central infrastructure development budget.

🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Ebu tuambie allocations za infrastructure kwa county kama wajir ,mandera and the like ni kiasi gani kimetengwa kwa ajili ya infrastructure kinachotokana na osr.?

Buda wewe Huna unachoelewa, counties budget zake ziko inclusive kwenye national budget ila kinachopelekwa ni figure tu, huku kwenye county level mnaweza jiamulia matumizi yenu either kujenga au kutojenga kutokana na pesa zinazopatikana.
Hiyo ni the same na Tanzania kinachomwa ni kwenye infrastructure ni kile kinachoenda fanywa na central government, kwa local level inabaki ni chini ya councils , na ndo maana Tanzania kuna category ya local government usage on osr

Ongea kitu unajua, wacha kuropokwa. Devolution kuna transfer of powers, local government kama bongoslum hakuna transfer of powers.
