How do they do it? They build new 4 lanes from scratch or they build another 2-lane road beside old one?

Huyo kilaza huwa hasomi content za link anarusha humu. Kuna time alipost link ya X mentioning vile Tanzania walishindwa 3-0 na Uganda with his usual deformatory statemts against Kenya. Luckily he realized his mistake a few minutes later and deleted the post but not before I grabbed a screenshot! 😜😂😂😂

When I confronted him, his excuse was that he posted it here by mistake; that he was sending the tweet to someone 😂😂
Saa hii anasema ati Dangote alishatangaza before ati atajenga refinery Lamu yet he was among the Tanzanians who said that Dangote didn't say something like that 🤣😂🤣😂

Hii ni ya juzi kijana. Na kama alitangaza hivo before then mbona bado mlikuwa mkazana ATI refinery utaenda Tanga?🤣🤣😂.

You even said that if not Tanga then the refinery will not be built 😂😂
Acha kucomplicate mambo, soma news na uelewe infact he was here last week on a state visit, labda as dangote wife you know something we dont so hatukubishii wife wa dangote usije ukamdivorce

Sasa mbona nijishugulike na parts zenye are not of interest to me. All your links are for the same state visit but inside the content is where the refinery issue is hidden so that lazybones like you won't notice

I am not sure how they'll do it but from my experience on how they've been building such roads, they usually maintain the existing road for use then after doing two lanes on both sides, they divert traffic to the completed sections then work on middle sections. The existing lane will be demolished and built afresh and tied with the rest of the lanes

Basi sawa mke wa dangote ataweka lamu dont worry

Do all buildings in Nairobi have 100% occupancy?
Of course it can't be 100% but they rarely fall below 90% if I am not wrong. If occupancy was low, we wouldn't be seeing the rise in highrise buildings coming up in Nairobi. Nairobi currently has close to 40 highrise buildings in different stages of construction (20 floors and above). Most of them are actually sold off-plan.

Take Jabali Towers at Tatu City for instance (a twin tower block of 33floors and 20 floors) which is already 80% sold before even groundbreaking!

And who told you those buildings are there because they are doing business?
