[stakehigh]

The number of apartment blocks under construction in Westlands alone is much higher than all the apartment blocks under construction in Tanzania as a whole alafu mtu anasema Nairobi hakuna supply 😂😂

BADO HAMJAMALIZA KULIA

CCM school of indoctrination and propaganda is top notch..🤣🤣🤣

CCM saahv watakua wana media kubwa

And yet the value ya majengo kwa dar Iko juu kuliko Tanzania ikiwa na maana dar Ina majengo mengi au apartments nyingi sana kuliko Nairobi ( according to world bank report).
Hapo bado spending mentality ya watanzania hupenda kuishi kwenye nyumba zao wenyewe na sio apartments sababu ya privacy

Teargass kuja uone wanaquote ile report hawakuelewa 10 years ago kama nilivyosema tu. 🤣 🤣

Demand and supply determines the price of rent of an area.

What's the law of supply and demand?
I was taught in school that low supply leads to higher prices. When the demand is higher, naturally prices will rise. And the vice versa is true.

Dar's is a case of low supply of apartments which has led to higher prices

While the real estate value 10 years back Iko dar imeizidi Nairobi kwa zaid ya 3bil usd ikiwa na maana lazima Ina building nyingi kuliko Kenya.
Hence kama ziko zaidi ya Nairobi kwa 3bil usd na bado rental price ziko juu , ilitegemea supply iwe chache compared to kenya?
