I know you are just a hater but I hope you put respect to Nairobi since for every one of this one in Kinondoni , Nairobi has 20 in ratio . I see also you are copying Nairobi style … we knew you will come to your senses eventually, you always do..🤣🤣🤣
But I am curious on how long it will take to
Sell out . Kama hizi in Nairobi they sell out before construction begins.
You are welcome 🙏😜

For your information, Kenya as a whole is 143.4 million acres, kindly explain to us how 800,000 rumoured acres is half of 143.3 million acres.

I am not here to defend the Kenyattas but their land ownership in Kenya is exergerated by political distracters deliberately for political reasons.
This the reality :
Gicheha coast in Taita Taveta county 30000 acres
Gicheha farm in Nakuru county 4000 acres
Northlands ( Kiambu and Muranga counties) 11,000 acres ( where they are building Northlands city)
Ichaweri farm ( ancestral home) 31 acres
Uhuru’s Olmoongi farm in Narok county, 1000 acres
Rumuruti ranch in Laikipia county, 10000 acres
That’s all . If anyone has any other record please post it . Total land is way under 100,000 acres. There are other several Kenyans with more land than them. So basically Kenyattas are not the biggest landowners in Kenya. Now you know.

I know Hamphrey personally. He’s close family friend. He also owns Mt. Kenya Safari club in my hometown Nanyuki.
Very genuine and kind person.
