Again you are wrong Annael na ya have a rigid mind. Kusema Nairobi has no modern buildings is false man. Kuna many highrise zimepostiwa hapa, na many are modern. CBD has old Kenyatta age na Moi age buildings, but mapya yanajengwa. Places like Upperhill na Westlands, new buildings mate. All those upcoming super tall ziko Upper Hill. What about the dozens of modern malls? Old??

Haya Dar hakuna slums? Means Dar is a rich city, status ya Geneva hivi? Kila mtu anaishi kwa posh neighbourhoods? No African country haina slums my friend. Some people like us do the census so that we can fix the problem. You guys pretend these things don't exist. Fact is, Dar es Salaam is one of the poorest major cities in the world my friend, lakini utaleta ushabiki wa kishenzi. Slums ama informal settlements ziko Dar and people are poor, just like they are in Kenyan slums. Kenyan government iko na slum upgrade project. Their goal was 2020, but I doubt it, lets give them some more to fix it. In Kenya the civil servants are paid better. Teachers, doctors, etc, meaning an average mama mboga in Kenya will get more cash from the likes of the teachers than an average mama mboga in Tanzania and stuff. Kenya has a bigger middle class means better things and services in Nairobi than Dar

I wonder why you guys are arguing with Tanzanians who argue only on account of emotions and not facts..you have asked them to produce modern roads like the 8 lane thika superhighway and they cannot, you have asked them to produce a modern mall like two rivers the 2nd largest mall in sub saharan africa and they cannot, ask them also to list any 10 or 20 companies which have their African headquarters based in Dar es Salaam, Ask them also if they have an IBM innovation and research hub(the one in Nairobi is the only one in Africa) and many more. But i think it is a waste of time to debate Nairobi vs Dar es Salaam when I have posted multiple outside sources which gives you many info about Nairobi that Dar cannot even match. Unless you guys are playing games, or debating on the point of emotions, the difference between Nairobi and Dar es Salaam is as clear as day and night to any foreigner or person who want to see.
