To begin with, all foreign nationals MUST secure work permits from their host countries upon appointment by their respective countries. I'll give you a classical example assuming you are a football fan. All footballers must get work permits from the host country before being allowed to start playing for their new clubs even after signing their deals. That's the protocol world over. So many players have missed playing for their dream clubs by simply being denied work permits by the host country even after their would-be clubs have agreed to sign them. It happened to Macdonald Mariga when Manchester City agreed to sign the Kenyan midfielder a few years back but he missed the chance just because the FA couldn't give him(Mariga) a work permit. Did Man City sue the FA or the UK government for interfering with their transfer plans? Definitely not!

Just the same way ambassadors and high commissioners must present their papers to the President of the host nation upon being appointed by their respective countries. Why do you think this protocol is followed holistically? You probably don't have an idea coz you are a bongolala driven by hate and emotions instead of a voice of reason.

Magufuli had no authority to decide for Vodacom who their next employee should be coz he didn't seat at the Vodacom board of directors neither was he a shareholder. As the head of the Tanzanian government, the only thing he could do was to facilitate or frustrate paperwork for Mulinge to secure her new job and the latter is what the man with the black heart did. He frustrated her to the disappointment of Vodacom.

Ndio maana ukaambiwa kwamba if Kenyans were jealous like you people are, the Kenyan government could have easily stopped Tibaijuka's work at the UNEP headquarters in Nairobi by denying her work permit and there's nothing the UN could have done. But Kenyans are above such petty things ndio maana hadi sasa tumeruhusu hadi ombaomba wenu kuvamia mitaa zetu kama nzige na bakuli mikononi!

Kwani wewe huwezi andikia Rais email? What does it take to write an email to somone if you know their email address? You only need Internet connection watchman 🤣. Mibongolala mnatia huruma! It could be classified yes but the email will still be delivered even though it could be filtered on the other end for obvious reasons. Acheni ujinga!!
