Congrats to the judges of the High Court who legally saw through this bullshit called BBI. The political class in Kenya is growing to be something very repulsive. At the end of the day, Wanjiku has the right of participation in each and every step of any ammendment of the Constitution.

Nice to see the Constitution of Kenya working to defend its own integrity. Through independent institutions that were designed to be checks and and balances in situations just like this. Shame on Uhuru, Raila and all their flower girls.

We cannot wait for a 'good Samaritan' president to be increasing revenue to counties and decreasing it when he feels like it.

What about consistent growth to counties due to a fixed budget? You can't give a county 20b now and give it 11 b next year vitu zitasabaratika.

So the 35% should be set as minimum so that counties can budget their things from there.
