Tanzania hivi sasa sio kibaraka cha wazungu kama mlivyokuwa mkisema kuhusu Kenya, ambayo ni omba omba kwa hawa hawa wazungu, wachina, Afdb nk?

Hivi sasa where is the fundamental difference btwn the Chinese loan na WB loan au Afdb. Are they not just loans, conditions notwithstanding?
