A New Yorker has filed a maternity suit against Beyonce and Jay Z, claiming she is the mother of their daughter Blue Ivy.

Tina Seals alleges in her court papers that she was 'previously associated' with the couple and wants the court to 'verify whether she is the biological mother.'

Seals has previously claimed to have been the mother of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's daughter North, Michael Jackson's children Prince, Paris and Blanket and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's son Prince George.
This isn't the first time there have been allegations about the maternity of little Blue Ivy, with conspiracy theorists speculating that Beyonce as wearing a fake bump during her pregnancy.

After a TV appearance when the then-pregnant star's stomach appeared to change shape as she sat down, the rumour mill went into overdriv.

So wild was the speculation that notoriously secretive Beyonce even addressed it, calling the allegations 'crazy'.

'It wasn't hurtful, it was just crazy,' she said later.

As for the 'prosthetic bump,' it was 'a fabric that folded-does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid.'

The case against Beyonce and Jay Z comes a week after Seals case against the Wests was thrown out of court by a judge for being 'clearly baseless'.

In the papers, filed in New York on July 15, Seals declared she was 'associated with defendants regarding birth of Doe [North West].'

She requested she be allowed 'to formalize agreement' with the stars and insisted on a contract 'for services rendered

Aside from the recent divorce rumors, another bombshell has been dropped on Beyonce and Jay-Z as a woman files a lawsuit stating that she is the biological mother of Blue Ivy.

Named Tina Seals, the woman filed a case in New York where it is legal for surrogates to claim rights to a child even after giving birth and even if the contract does not permit the said rights.

"It is entirely possible that a surrogate could come in and have some rights to a child. Even if rights were relinquished in a contract," said Matrimonial Family Expert Leslie Barbara, in an interview with Hollywood Life.

"Basically, today's families are created in many different ways. The baby business is a whole subculture," Barbara added.

In New York, surrogacy is banned, thus making Tina's contract with the Carters, if something such as a contract exists, invalid.

Though it is natural to believe that there is no truth to the allegations, the past rumor that Beyonce wore a fake baby bump gives Seals' claim a slight window of possibility.
