Awali ya yote Napenda Kushukuru na Kupongeza Jukwaa kwa Mawazo Elekezi.

Naomba nielimishwe/nijulishwe juu ya Biashara ya Stationaries kwa ujumla, (Uuzaji wa Tonner, Karatasi, madaftari, peni, Office equipments, Photocopies) nakadhalika.

Natamani kusikia kwa mtu anaefanya hii biashara, Mzigo unatoka wapi?, secrets behind business, na Mtaji wa kiasi gani unaweza kuanza nao kwa kufungua Stationary,

inawezakana niko too general stilll bt in anutshell I hope mtanisaidia Wandugu.

I think the business now is just about saturated, kama upo mikoani unaweza kuagiza bidhaa kutoka Dar..., lakini kama upo Dar Unaweza ukaagiza eitheir China au South Africa.

Now inategemea kama unauuza rejareja just agiza hapo hapo dar ila kama unataka kuuza jumla inabidi uagize from China au South Africa.., na angalia hapa kwa kucheki bei www.alibaba.com lakini beware too many scammers

Kuhusu soko inabidi uangalie market sehemu ulipo. Another market segment ni kupata tender kusupply kwenye mashirika na halmashauri lakini pia beware hawa jamaa mpaka upate tender mpaka uonge sana na sometimes malipo yanachelewa.

Kumbuka kwamba profit margin especially kwenye karatasi ni ndogo so its all about volume you need to sell a lot, kuhusu mtaji start as small as you can then build your way up then utajifunza through the process.

Thanks Mkuu. Lakini nimecheck alibaba A4 paper per caton zina range from USd 2.00 - 2.80 in China sasa hapa Dar ukinunua Caton unauziwa almost Ts. 29000 equivalent to 20 USD nadhani bado karatasi profit margin ni nzuri. mimi nimeanza this business huu ni mwaka wa pili naona inalipa kiasi fulani.
 
Biashara yoyote unayotaka kufanya itategemea na wewe mwenyewe kama unaipenda,unaijua,umefanya utafiti wa kutosha wa soko na kiasi cha mtaji ulionao. Ili mtu akushauri unatakiwa uwe muwazi zaidi. Kwa mfano hujatuambia una mtaji kiasi gani unataka kuuza jumla au rejareja uko Dar au mikoani nk.

Pia usiangalie wenzako wanafanya biashara hiyo na kufanikiwa na wewe ukafikiria kuwa ukianzisha biashara hiyo utafanikiwa. Mara nyingi hakuna mtu atakaye kupa siri zake za biashara kirahisi. Tupe details tukushauri zaidi. Kwanza kwa nini unataka kuanzisha biashara ya stationery kitu gani kimekuvutia mpaka ukaamua kufanya biashara hiyo?

Mimi binafsi bado nina nia ya kuanzisha biashara hii na kilichonivutia zaidi ni kuwa nilikuwa nanunua vifaa vya ofisi pale Pran Pen Corner kwa kweli jamaa wanauza vitu in very reasonable price na kwa kuwa sasa nimehamia Tanga kimaisha ndio imenijia Idea hii ya kutaka kufungua biashara hii na kuwaweka wao kama main supplier wa vitu vingi vya stationery.

Mtaji bado unasumbua na kama nitapata feedback nzuri itanosaidia sana na nitapata mawazo mazuri zaidi jinsi ya ku approach biashara hii.

Duty ni 25% and VAT is 18%. Shughuli inakuja kwenye clearing sasa Hivi TRA wanauplift value kwa hiyo kodi inakuwa kubwa uanze kubishana nao usubmit proof of payment na blaa blaa nyingi kwa hiyo kunausumbufu mkubwa na ucheweleshwaji kwenye clearing. Mtu usipokuwa makini profit inamegwa na cost za clearing.
 
Kaka kuwa makini hapa ni 2usd-2.8usd per ream and not carton so if is 2.4usd +50%of2.4=3.6usd *1500=5350tsh per ream kwahiyo wewe utauza bei gani? so the profit is not good but you can try. lla kuwa muangalifu usije poteza hela yako kufuata vya bei rahisi kwa scammers.
 

Just happen to me niliagiza mzigo a week ago, customs ilikuwa 30,000/= lakini waka-uplift wakasema eti nilipe 300,000/= nilikuja juu mpaka nikawapa website ya sehemu niliyonunua proof of payment nikawaambia I Have an account na suppliers huwa ninatransfer pesa through paypal/credit card mpaka zikiisha ndio naendelea. Hawa watu wapuuzi sana. Hii nchi ishaoza kabisa.
 
Hapana mkuu ni per carton.

Niko Arusha, Nimeifikiria hii biashara Kwasababu ninahitaji pesa (Something to generate income). Sasa najaribu kuangalia ni biashara gani atleast itanizungushia pesa, hapo hapo kwenye hiyo stationary niweke kama workshop ya ICT.

Kuna baadhi ya Vifaa vya kuanzia ninavyo. Computers/Binding etc. Bado Mzigo. Ila ninategemea kuanza na kama 3.5 Millions hivi.Na kimsingi nimewaza Stationary bse as you said naona kuna watu pia kama wamefanikiwa hivi through this business ( Ingawa hai-sound vizuri kufanya bse watu wanafanya).

Since upo Arusha jaribu kucheki vifaa Nairobi they might be cheaper kuliko Dar, ingawa hapa linaingia suala la ushuru unless unajua njia za panya, Fanya Research kama hii biashara inalipa Arusha. Kuhusu mambo ya photocopies na typing kama upo karibu na chuo (universities) unaweza ukapata constant customers, Internet watalii ni wengi Arusha utapata watu bila shida., anyway sometimes its all about LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION.

Anyway with workshop ukiwa mkweli na ukabuild customer base. Utapata repeat customers na wataambiana na watakufata anywhere you are, ont look for a quick buck Honest people are hard to find siku hizi, its better to have 10 satisfied customers they will keep on coming back kuliko..., kila siku akija mteja mpya unamdissapoint and he never return (I mean kuwa mkweli kama huwezi unasema huwezi na ukimwambia mtu njoo kesho kweli akija kesho akute issue yake tayari)
