How old are you? I'm starting to think I'm debating with someone who has never stepped into a civic classroom.
You require a referendum to amend the Constitution. I'm sure that's the case in most countries not just Kenya.
I would like you to point me to which section 'Uhuru and his friends' have changed to 'sweet their political ego', and when they called for a referendum to change them.

And then in your free time familiarize yourself with the difference between laws passed in parliament and the Constitution.

I am 22 years older than you, don't tell me your blaah..blaah.. about referendum of changing constitution, what I want is to see challenges and problems of ordinary Kenyans are solved, stop telling me about how to change your hopeless constitution, better Kenya you can do without that hopeless constitution, now instead of creating easy environment for solving problems of Kenyans, it has complicated the matter, now everything is difficulty to be done in Kenya because of your hopeless constitution, if you ask why people don't like to respect each other, the answer is because of constitution, why there is too much corruption, because of constitution, why not enough food for Kenyans, because of constitution....stop telling me about your hopeless constitution, tell me how you are going to solve those land problems, corruption, insecurity, poverty and others

Since you don't have your own facts to counter, you've resulted to your usual 'you are tribal' line.

Nasa boycotted the election because they did not have the numbers. They were heading to another humiliating loss. Server, Chiloba, Safaricom, Alghurair, Bidco, Brookside and everyone they mentioned was just the excuse they needed.

Just a reminder. On Oct 26, Uhuru got 7.5 million votes.
Assuming Raila did not boycott and the turnout was the normal 75% like in August, Uhuru's votes would still have been 52% even if we give Raila everything else.

No matter how many times the election is repeated, Raila will lose resoundingly every time. And you don't need to be a math whiz to know this. Simple data from the 2009 census will show you.

Kikuyu + Kalenjin + Meru + Embu = 45% of Kenyans.

Those are the tribes that vote for Uhuru 100%.
Raila would need to get 100% support from all other tribes in order to stand a chance.
But the situation is different. Uhuru has majority Masai, 80%+ Somali, about 50% of Kisii plus many other small tribes.

And let me remind you. This is not the first time we're dealing with Raila. His theatrics of getting into government by any means possible are well documented.
This time round police will deal with his militia and hooligans decisively. We can discuss police brutality baadaye.

2 minutes ago you were saying Uhuru and his friends have changed the constitution. When your ignorance of law making and constitution making process was brought to your attention, you've come up with the above incoherent answer.

Enlighten yourself on how legislature works. It's very unfortunate that at your age you don't know what a constitution is and how it is changed or amended.

I am a Tanzanian don't forget that, am not used to count vote through tribes, that is indication of how primitive the nation is, how do you without any fair you count vote through tribes and still you think you are educated, this is the reason why Kenya must have presidential rotation system of election, otherwise some tribes will never produce a president, that is a fact.

When am telling you that a your constitution doesn't help you by not considering this type of tribal differences I was referring this situation. Raila and his group which is about 40% are suggesting divorce, how can you prevent 40% of the country from what they want?

Voting by tribe is not as a result of the constion. We have been doing it since independence, and the constitution was changed to try and cure that. Obviously not something that will happen overnight.

But in the same breath, people world over rarely vote because of issues. Ata USA, some states are traditionally republican and others democrats no matter who the candidates or their issues are. It's just a different kind of 'tribalism'.

Raila and a few MPs are suggesting divorce. Ata wakifanya referendum wenyewe kwa wenyewe watapata the actual number of people willing to follow them into creating a poor landlocked country with no resources is much fewer. Ata hio Nyanza ya

Raila sidhani anaweza pata 30% katika referendum ya secession, ambayo kila mtu anajua mada yake kuu ni kumfanya Raila president wa the new country.

You have a lot of poverty. Most of your population is poor. You have corruption. You have insecurity and lots of slums.

Kenya is a middle income economy with a mature/well developed media. All major international stations have their hubs here. We have lots of investigative reporters.
Therefore, things like hunger, poverty, corruption, insecurity etc. which Tanzania is comfortably able to hide under the carpet because of an underdeveloped media, are exposed everyday in Kenya.

Kuna vitu zingine hutaweza kuvielewa mpk uvivae viatu vya mhusika otherwise mwenye shibe anaficha kichwa kwenye mchanga kiwiliwili kiko nje huku akisema mambo safi.

Mbona waharibu muda wako kubishana na hawa dume surwali ambao hawana jipya ila kutuonesha walivyo shamiri katika upumbavu....wajua ukiendelee kubishana nao utakuwa wawapandisha cheo najiona eti pia wanachakuchangia ilihali hawana. hawa sio watu wakujifunza ni mahasidi tu.
