Nowonmai, hivi tulifikia muafaka gani?

Pengine hicho ndio kinachoitwa ubinadamu. Tafadhali samehe tu.

Na mwingine akasema most of us feel the same way about you.

A great intellect is more attractive than physcal beauty. And you are endowed with both! I feel this deeply even now as I find myself straying away from the theme of your simple and direct question. Instead I find myself almost composing a teenager’s love letter! Forgive me again.

Now about the Master Teacher and Saviour of the world dear Paula, I have most of the time thought it prudent to live and let live.

I have a health respect for other people’s opinions and even more, for their faith.

The account of Jesus’ life and time is based on the christian bible. As a historic document this not so authentic. But the faith this document has inspired over time is without doubt stupendous. Throughout the age of bookprinting the bible has bested all other books in terms of sales and followers(I stand to be corrected in this though I think the argument will still stand)

That’s why I think that there is no productivity in bucking other people’s faith. Most, if not all of them woul just pass it off as profanity. Faith is blind and its one eyed kings are the priests, pastors, shiekhs(elders) or whatever titles they choose to go by.

That leaves you and me Paula.

As free intellectuals we can persue these questions without being hindered by the barriers of faith.

Did Jesus had a lover?
Was the lover Mary Magdelena?
Did they have issues(children)
Did these children, over the course of time, form a clan which endured up to the present time?

To answer these questions my dear, we need not only historic but also emperical evidences.
Let me just say that the books I have read on this theme have not conviced me much about the truth of a positve answer to the few and simple questions posed above. And out of fiction I ‘ve never heard of these Jesus clansmen in Egypt, Northen Ireland or anywhere else.

N B. I completely feel with you that it would have been delightful for us if the Lord Jesus,as a human(even though coated in divinity) could have fallen in love with beautiful and sinful Mary Magdelene, take her for a wife and give her children

But then that might not have rhymed with the plan of salvation which he came to execute. And definetely the love and fellowship he inspired would have suffered.

Now let me hear from you Paula.

And other bookworms too.

I know we cannot exactly conclude this matter but at least we can come to a compromise.

Nowmai, kuhusu paragraphs kadhaa za mwanzo I am glad you feel that way. I don't know why but Thanks anyway. Your compliment is greatly appreciated. I really feel happy.

I agree with you that the bible never says about all that.

Let's say the Idea that Jesus was a married man, had children etc, is made up. We can call them as conspiracy theories whith almost zero evidence.

Btw, that presentation was really good.

I am glad that you back up your arguments with scriptual evidences whatever else I might feel about the book.

You see, the bible was my first serious reading at a very tender age. This made my parents and later religion teachers and leaders to think that I was destined for the clergy. Then I met the likes of Darwin, Newton, Einstein, not to mention Karl Marx and these dreams were laid to rest. All in all the Bible is still a great book and a source of divine inspiration.

Conspiracy theories are not a bad thing except when they are meant to put someone in a bad light, or to dupe people into believing the absurd. But in some cases they make people to think and arrive at appropriate solutions to some intricate problems.

Good night Paula.

Nimesoma 48 laws of power by Robert Greene na pia nimesoma 21 laws of leadership by John Maxwell, vyote ni vitabu vizuri mno vinavyoongelea power, however Rober Greene wa 48 laws of leadership ana emphasize kwenye tricks zaidi kuliko kwenye principles wakati John Maxwell anaongelea zaidi kuwa na principles

kwa mfano Law 20 inasema DO NOT COMMIT TO ANYONE....na maelezo yana sema it is a fool who take sides.......lakini kuna wakati inabidi usimamie ukweli whether unakuwa upande wa mmoja ama not na hapa ndo inakuja issue ya principles vs tricks.........should we choose principles or should we choose tricks........should i be a trustworth person kwa mke wangu ama niwe na cheat huku nikificha ili asijue.........From my point of view i will prefer following principles rather than tricks, maana sio kila siku tricks zita workout....

Reading is a habit, you can develop it if you want......

Covid 19 have reminded me of the flu ‘Captain Trips’ in Stephen King’s The Stand.

It appears to me that like Captain Trips, Covid 19 is going to draw out the distinctive characters of good and evil in the human race.

I recommend The Stand as an eye opener to the doings and going ons of a society hit by a killer disease such as the contemporary coroner virus disease.

It might save your soul my fellow bookworm.
