You are a trip.
Not all of these were read in the last six months. I mentioned some that I read from the nineties.
You got me into East of Eden. It is a masterpiece with a lot of imagery and quotable quotes. I read Steinbeck's other book "The Grapes of Wrath", it was very topical and anticipated what was to come.
The Final page of " The Grapes of Wrath" is the most powerful i have ever read, it definitely made me cry.
I enjoyed Steinbeck's way with dialogue, he is a master of dialect.
Steinbeck's books are great and enjoyable.
