Have you read the story?
It talks about spending money outside the Ifmis platform. Not what you are trying to imply.
Also in that financial year, the current Ifmis platform was still new and ministries were just starting to adapt.

In any case, most of what is mentioned there is salaries, and to the best of my knowledge, no government employee went without their salary in 2014.

Teachers Service Commission - Sh170 billion (All teachers were paid)
Public debt - Sh416 billion (We did not default on any debt)
Defense - Sh80 billion (Mostly salaries)
etc.

Ha ha , so the deficit is justified cause there was no formal training on IFMIS.
and no debts went unpaid.

The ''economist'' brought this story to tell us that Sh725 billion was stolen.
Well, the truth is that 725 billion was not channeled through IFMIS. Two different things.

Kenya is in position 144 world wide in Corruption, but no one is a thief according to you.

Nearly 2000 people died during PEV 2007 but when UHURUTO were mentioned, their tribal men/women like you came for their defence, till today we have the numbers of people who died, but no a single killer, may be they committed suicide.

That is why is referred to as high level of tribalism which always goes hand in hand with impunity. Failed state.

Na yaendelea kupanuka.

1 million people died in Rwanda. Leo hii Rwanda karibu wafikie Tanzania GDP.
2000 people died in Kenya. Leo hii, GDP ya Kenya karibu ichape ya Tanzania double.
Ethiopia imeishi na vita na majirani wake, leo hii GDP yake times two ya Tanzania.

Anyone with a functioning brain will wonder, what is wrong with peaceful, 'uncorrupt' Tanzania?
