Out of the 15 Drivers who took the Locomotive driver qualification exam 11 of them passed while 4 failed the exam
Those Cranes are not working, They sold old an unrepairable cranes for sgrRail Mounted Gantry cranes loading containers from a ship Directly to the SGR at Mombasa port, Once a train is fully loaded which is in less than 30 min, the train leaves directly for Nairobi .
Double stacked containers ... We are now at between 12-14 trains a day

The pictures quoted above were for Theory exam, the pictures below are for practicle exam..... For the last two years these candidates have been assistance locomotive drivers working under the supervision of the Chinese, Those who passed will now graduate to principal drivers who will be fully in-charge without supervision.

Operating a slow diesel train should not be so hard to do. Tz is already training its electric bullet train drivers in korea where they intend to import their trains from. Can you tell me how long it takes for a high school graduate to get get a commercial licence and then fly enough aircraft to become a captain of a 787 dreamliner?????? not less than 10 years!!!!!
