While the whole world is building viaducts for metro- and intra city trains to cut down jams, Kenya is shamelessly bragging of viaduct for vehicles that is to have a toll, a displacement of priorities.

I just can't see how will that express higo way help Kenyans unless the charges r so high to be afforded by only fews! A very screwed means to neglect the masses wishing to use the facility n escape the traffic jam.

Expressway inajengwa na private investor kwa pesa zake mwenyewe. Sasa sijui ulikuwa unataka huyo investor atujengee expressway bure bila kurudisha investment yake? Unadhani huyo investor amekuja kufanya charity work au biashara?
Nyie mtuwache kabisa. Nyie hata huwa hamna big dollar investments in infrastructure from private investors. Huko kwenu big private investors wanainvest kwenye mining pekee.
Sisi Lake Turkana wind plant (the biggest in Africa) ilicost ksh 70 billion. Hii expressway pia inacost ksh 70 billion na miradi zote mbili ni private investments za infrastructure. Hatupo ligi moja.
