hamna cha ku-qualify go to EAC reports and you will see Tanzania has more engineers overall than any other country in EAC!

But there are a lot of qualified engineers who do not want to register with local registration boards as they have been registered with international organisations or others in more developed countries whose requisite are more stringent. Also others do not care about registration as they manage to make good business as they perform at their highest degree.

so this tendency of locals not wanting to register with local registration boards is only happening in Kenya only? every engineer has a number and so far a comparison is local registered engineers! And Tanzania beats Kenya by far!
