Pili it seems DRC and Burundi were not willing to work with Rwanda on sgr so the isaka keza section lacked the needed political will to expressly initiate construction.

Thirdly; Rwanda will eventually get the rail lakini kwa kuchelewa kidogo and it will depend in part by Uganda willingness to connect to the eco friendly electric sgr.
