Ujenzi wa reli unaendana na upanuzi wa port.. Ili kupunguza dwelling time
 
Bado.. kwani ile phase 2B na phase 2C zenu zimeshakamilika. Bila kusahau phase 2A, na vipi mchina amekubali kutoa pesa za phase zilizo bakia. Point of correction it is "maximum speed"! when u say average speed u mean that mtambo wa chang'aa can go above 120km/h. The truth is it goes at 110km/h as Maximum speed!
